This is the first time I have used this site and am very satisfied with the service. Goods arrived when expected and at a competitive price. Very happy.
Product was delivered quickly though the saw track was not well protected and the box was damaged. The track needed some coaxing to become straight again but all good now.
Good web site and easy to find your product, was the best price for what I was looking for and delivered very quickly.

Ordered some shower valves and shower heads at great price. I was slightly sceptical and wondered if at the price I was paying there would be a catch, but no. Great product at a great price.

First shower pump was damaged in transport and in one phone call a new one was send out and the damaged one collected.

Easy to use website and arrived swiftly. Really impressed with the inside packaging which was shredded cardboard and obviously recyclable. Also pleased with the product which is now in situ.

On the site told it was to be derived by R/mail no by the company from HELL UKMAILpackage dumped on door step, that's what this company does,
If I had been told it would be UKMAIL and not as claimed GPO There would have been no order

I ordered a pump from them. I rang them up a couple of days later to find out when it would be delivered, I was told the next day. I took a day off, it did not arrive. I called them up and was told about tracking the delivery on the website. It was then due to be delivered on Friday, between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. It had still not arrived by 5:15, I rang them up and was told the delivery was running late but would arrive that evening. It didnt. I checked the website to discover it had been taken to the wrong address, and refused, so taken back to the depot. Their office was shut until Monday. I rang on Monday, which was too late for a delivery that day, but was told someone would ring me back to confirm that it would be delivered on Tuesday. Of course no call came, so I rang back and was told they had been too busy to ring me back (no doubt dealing with complaints) but it would arrive on Tuesday. Today is Tuesday and it is still in the depot. I have absolutely no confience in this shower of a company, not even to get a refund.

I hate being pestered for reviews by companies that I purchase from, if I wanted to leave I review, would have done it
I needed a shower cubicle with a specific radius and called their office to confrim a certain cubicle was suitable. I was told it was, however it was a different radius to my shower tray and they refused to collect replace or credit.
People in the office DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT or willfully mislead for a sale.
