They told me I would get drill next day if I ordered before 3 pm but it I arrived 2 days later
They did not advise me accordingly and have not even responded to my complaint by email.
I ordered a Bristan shower (Retail £310; buyaparcel £163) on Tuesday, it arrived Thursday - Excellent service - would use again.

Ordered Ryobi One+ CFA180M Battery Operated Fan 18v & GENUINE Ryobi One+ BPP-1817M 1 x 1.7ah Battery 18 Volt & BC1815SM Charger and asked for next day delivery. I had spent a whole day looking for this item and buyaparcel.com was by far the cheapest. I rang to place my order and spoke to a very helpful person called Sean Hargreaves who explained what would happen and when for example that i would get a text to let me know within the hour when the parcel would arrive. Absolutely everything happened as he had explained to me. I was extremely pleased.

Order placed on Tuesday with 48hr delivery 1 week later hadn't arrived. Emailed twice no reply. Customer service poor. Don't have enough confidence in them to make any further purchases.
Have used this site many times to get the replacement cartridges for the Water filter. Has always been good service and never had any problems.

Hi Asif, thanks for taking the time to write a review. I have checked and as per our correspondence the next day service wasn't selected so your order was delivered on time. Your grievance accoring to the email is you called to ask about next day delivery to which our agent told you about the cut off times etc. when the order didn't arrive next day you said you thought the next day service didn't need selecting because of the phone call we had previous. I am afraid that pre sales advice wouldn't automatically upgrade your order - all orders are in an automated system so we can only do what is selected on the order.
You emailed our complaints email address on the 4th January at 11:38 and I replied the same day at 12:33 to the same effect as my reply here.
I am sorry that you were not happy with the service but on this occasion I can't see what we could have done given the service selected when you checked out on our website.
