Absolutely appalling, poor service, no updates, not returning call, not delivering on promises, blaming their suppliers - AVOID
Order some Dewalt Tsask box on monday evening... Arrived friday AM samme week.

Ik heb een batterij lader besteld. Kreeg een bevestiging van de bestelling en heb betaald. Kreeg een email dat de bestelling onderweg was. Maar 15 dagen nadien nog steeds niks ontvangen. Nu eergisteren werd mijn geld terug gestort.
J'ai commandé depuis la France et je suis très satisfait des services BUYAPARCEL qui ont livré ma commande sous 8 jours. Je les ais contacté par mail pour avoir des renseignements et ils m'ont répondu dans les 15 mn qui ont suivi avec des informations précises sur le suivi de la livraison de ma commande. Je recommande cette entreprise.
