Bad leaving parcels in recycling bins is not good practice you need to improve your delivery service
Hi Paul, thanks for the review. As discussed when reported to us, we don't allow parcels to be left anywhere, yet alone a bin. This was very bad on the driver's part. I understand it is busy leading up to Christmas but we and UK Mail are lucky you found your parcel! This was reported to UK Mail management and the notes on the consignment say "Recipient has contacted sender to advise this was left in a brown recycling bin and not signed for. Site Management will be made aware." So UK Mail do take this infractions of the rules seriously and although I am not aware of the consequences on this particular order, it normally ends up with the driver verbally or formally warned, depending on how frequently this has taken place.
