Bought bouquet for Birthday day not night not delivered until 6.15 pm said they would email when delivered, nothing ever received. Would not buy from Bunches again.
My wife received the flowers late Friday morning. An hour later I had contacted customer services with photo, of rotten blooms, recipient name and postcode. After denials that they couldn't [read, wouldn't] find a reference to the order and even suggested I had made it up (got it wrong) It has taken until Tuesday for them to acknowledge the poor quality of their product. But more importantly the "care" they boast about on their website, doesn't apply to flowers or customer services. A sort of half-apology today is not good enough. Covid is no longer any excuse I'm afraid.
I wouldn't put my trust in bunches for a special or important floral message, even when given ample opportunity to put things right; they chose the dispute avenue over an apology.
I have been a regular customer over many years, however Loyalty means NOTHING to them. Their "lovely" customer services do NOT work hard to solve your problem, there is NO customer good will.
So upset and disappointed!
I am also annoyed with myself for not only my own support of their company but over the years I have regularly recommended their company to many of our friends and family members as well. I will be contacting all of them to let them know about the shocking service I received from them this week.
Have placed several orders with this website for my friends and family in the UK, as I live in Canada. They have always received the flowers in time and the good thing with this company is when you order flowers you get a free box of chocolates delivered with them. My friends and family who have been sent flowers by me from this website have all loved them and enjoyed the chocolates. The other great this is everytime you order, you get "posy points" which gives you money off your next order.
Really poor delivery service. I requested that the delivery man wait for her to get to the door, but clearly they didn't as a calling card was left and the perishable flowers sent to an office. Since my grandmother is housebound, struggles to move about and suffers from dementia she wasn't able to reschedule a delivery. I was told nearly two months later that they had been sent back to the office and disposed of, but was refused any kind of refund or redelivery option.
I ordered online flowers from Bunches for my sister's retirement but unfortunately they turned up at my house. I rang Customer Services and spoke to Paul who was very helpful. I wasn't sure how this mistake had happened but as I was keen that my sister received some flowers he promised that the bouquet would be redelivered as soon as possible to the correct address. I did offer to pay for them as I wasn't sure whether it was my mistake. Paul told me that he would not charge me again - how is that for Customer Service? Well done Bunches, I will and always have used your Company. Thank you very much indeed for your kindness.
I don't know why I ordered from bunches a second time, given that my first order arrived several days late. This time around the order was for a birthday and instead of a lovely surprise it was a bit embarassing to have to ask whether the flowers had arrived.
The freesia were delivered in time for mothers day. Lovely surprise. They were in bud and seemed fresh and well packaged. After two days they are in full bloom and I love them. Very extravagant for my daughter to buy me these I am very lucky.
Ordered flowers in plenty of time for delivery. The flowers never arrived- 2 weeks later they have sent the flowers again ( by courier this time). No refund or upgrade of flowers.
BEWARE - flowers are posted 1st class by Royal Mail, so they aren't tracked.
I ordered some flowers for my mother, which took two days to come, they arrived half dead all droopy and looked terrible, my mother WhatsApp me and sent a photo and said "The Flowers are all Droopy even after I have put them in water, you should of just gone to Tesco's would of got a better bunch, I would not use this company to order flowers from, there are plenty more out there... Avoid to save disappointment - They are low budget flowers look nothing like the website photos
Total rip off. Paid £21 for a couple of flowers that looked nothing like the picture. Most embarrassing, underwhelming, disappointing flowers I've ever seen in my life. Genuinely a total waste of money. Looked nothing like the photo!
Ordered flowers for my mother's 82nd Birthday and paid extra for delivery before mid-day. Received email stating the flowers were going to be delivered 0900-1000. Was surprised that my mother didn't phone to thank me. When I phoned my mother flowers hadn't been delivered. Checked the tracking info and it said flowers had been delivered 0900 AND signed for by somebody with my mother's name! Phoned and asked to see evidence of the signature. Turns out that they had tried to deliver to wrong address - could offer no realistic explanation why the tracking info said they had been signed for by my mother when they obviously hadn't been. Offered to deliver the next day! When I said no they agreed refund - I would have thought least they could have done is offer refund and deliver the flowers, as I take it the flowers are now going to be dumped anyway? First AND last dealing with this company!
Just received a phone call from a friend who has been celebrating her 100th birthday and we sent her Bunches Simply Pink Gift Bag which she was delighted with. We have used Bunches for a good few years now and never had a complaint!
Photo says it all
1st photo is what they advertise other two are how they look 24 hours later
Feel upset for my granddaughter who sent them to me
Received 2 bunches; worth £44
(Both bunches in vase) absolutely nothing like photos? Won't be using again, very disappointed
Flowers was same as before unsure if requested same but when arrived flowers were half dead this was a second time delivery in the space of 2 months very poor quality
Do not order flowers from here.
You do not receive any conformation that your Gift has been dispatched and there is no way to track the order. (All online flower companies that I have previously used send you emails to let you know when the flowers have been dispatched/ arrived - because that makes sense)
Flowers are delivered by standard Royal Mail and end up in a post office if the person receiving is not there. Royal Mail does not specify that the package at the post office is flowers... And therefore your flowers will likely end up wilted/damaged.
I ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend, to ask if she would be a bridesmaid. I am so sorry I used this company.
Just for the extra bit of terrible service, when I made any enquiries as to where the package was and what I could do in this instance, I was met by a customer support team who never once apologised for the experience I had. On top of that their emails to me were patronising and (in a nutshell) said it was my fault and not their problem.
It should have been a lovely experience but it was just awful and no one got any flowers. I actually feel like this is a company who just doesn't care.
I have used Brunches several times before and I'm sure I have always had an email to say my flowers were on their way. This time no email, and flowers were for my elderly auntie who is a care home and I can't visit for her birthday. I checked my order history, and nothing there so assumed I must not have ordered them properly (I did do it a couple of weeks ago) so had to quickly arrange another delivery from a local florist. However on looking back through my emails there was a conformational email. On contacting customer services I was told I must have done the order as a guest, so they are not on my order history, (which I find strange as I applied a discount code sent to my email), and because I chose Royal mail 1st class I didn't get a message to say they were on their way? I'm not even sure the flowers arrived as my aunt has dementia, and the care staff obviously have more important things to worry about, but even if they did arrive I'm left feeling very dissatisfied. There should always be communication with the customer to re-assure them the goods/service they have paid for has been delivered. I will be using another online florist from now on
Ordered what looked like a beautiful bunch. Even in bud the delivered order looked pitiful. Attached website photo and photo of what was sent.
Ordered long stem roses and paid extra for long stem for valentines delivery, the flower only opened half way also the flowers shown on the website are no where near what my wife received.
Bunches has a rating of 1.4 stars from 70 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with Bunches most frequently mention royal mail and customer service. Bunches ranks 247th among Flower Delivery sites.
