Bunches

My advice would be not to use this company. I ordered flowers for my friend who is going through a very difficult time at the moment travelling to look after elderly parents. As I was aware she might not be at home I quite clearly stated ' if no one at home, please leave with a neighbour'. This was ignored and the flowers taken back to the delivery office. Two bank holidays between, needless to say flowers not in good state. Contacted Bunches whose response was basically this was problem with Royal Mail and after all they had left a card to say they had tried to deliver! Why ask for delivery instructions if they are not going yo be heeded?

Received these as a birthday gift, what a total mishmash. Looks like a bunch of flowers from a garage. They have just put any old flowers together, no colour co-ordination or attention to detail. Red, peach, cerise and purple! I'm no florist, but I have put together better arrangements myself.
They look nothing like anything on their website.
Please don't waste your money at Bunches or that's what you will get, a hastily put together ‘bunch' of left overs.

I ordered flowers and 'add ons' for my aunt's 90th birthday, taking a gamble on the promise of 97% next day delivery by Royal Mail 1st class post. The flowers arrived late, the day after (no apology or explanation), without the 'pink flowers' gift card for which I had paid an extra £1.99. Some of the freesias in the bouquet were already fading. In essence, she received a bunch of flowers (some dying) from an unknown sender. The little birthday cake was well-received and a good addition.

The flowers I ordered for my Mum (Fiji without vase) went black within 2 days. She rang the number on the card to complain and was advised that they would send another bunch out. Unfortunately the replacement bunch were not the same flowers which was really disappointing. I complained to Bunches and was advised that they sent a replacement because my Mum agreed - she agreed to the replacement of the same flowers not different ones which were nowhere near as nice. Disappointed and won't be ordering through Bunches again.

Truly brilliant, got in touch to ask about advice re if I should purchase and deliver a few days before valentines in order to let them bloom before giving them, adjusted delivery times and addresses for me in a very prompt manner and just all round brilliant service, name checking Flair in particular.
She even spotted the replacement address I had given didn't match the postcode and adjusted it before I realised

Spent over £60 on three bunches of flowers, to arrive on a saturday, but ordered on the Tuesday, previous. The flowers never arrived. Called to complain, but was met with total indifference. They have no ability to track flowers or recourse if they don't arrive and refuse to give any compensation. I wrote a further written complaint to the MD's of the company, who didn't even bother to respond. Indicative of their service really... AVOID!

Ruined Mothers Day never again would I use Bunches they are cheap flowers. I sent my Mum & Mother in-law a so called bouquet each for Mothers Day. Even after replacing them. Both Mum's were still extremely disappointed. If we put all the bunches together they still wouldn't have been anything like the bouquet in the images online. Please save your money!

I ordered flowers for my cousin's 80th birthday in good time for delivery. When I asked for confirmation of receipt I was told that Royal Mail had lost my order. A replacement order was subsequently sent out this time by courier which hopefully will arrive this time but the actual birthday has now passed and the element of surprise lost. I would definitely not recommend using this company. You might as well put budding flowers in a box and post them off yourself.

Very disappointed with the quantity that i was sent, some broken/damaged. Advise - get some from a supermarket where they're half the price and have higher quality and quantity.

Sent get well flowers to a friend with request if out to leave in secure place, they had a hospital appointment and on return note left to say delivery left at Tesco they also were expecting delivery of rug so not feeling well thought they would pick delivery up next day or so. So instructions not followed and flowers not stated as if they knew it was flowers a neightbour would have travelled to Tesco for them. Box and flowers a bit battered. Won't order from this firm again.

Ordered Florist's Choice Chic bunch of flowers but very sad bunch of predominately one colour - cheap looking yellow flowers more like a bunch you see in petrol station forecourt.

Very disappointed as for a friend's birthday. I think she was very disappointed too as she sent me a photo. Expected something more chic for the price £26. I dont think I will use Bunches again

If I could give a million stars I literally would do. I ordered flowers for my best friends funeral and DPD managed to not deliver them. I rang bunches and they got the flowers to the funeral the same day. I am so completely grateful as I am currently in another country and could not attend the funeral so this meant a lot to me. Customer service went out of their way to help me and I am so grateful. I have used Bunches for many many years to send flowers for every occasion and I would never use another company now. Bunches has been there at family and friends birthdays, anniversaries, times I needed to say thankyou or condolences or just cheer someone up. They have been present at every special moment in mine and my family and friends lives. The flowers have always been beautiful and the chocolates amazing :) I cannot recommend Bunches highly enough.
