Wrong bouquet sent with stems that were black, rotten and covered in mould on receipt. Awful. See photos attached.

Unexpected delivery of bunches roses. Lovely perfume and great colours. After looking at their family site I would definitely order flowers from them.

I ordered a big bouquet as a surprise for my mum's birthday. I paid extra for a larger bouquet and a balloon.
Well where do i start?!?! These were to be delivered on her birthday as a surprise, they hasn't been delivered by the time stated so I called up and was told they'd tried to be delivered but knowbody was in... an absolute lie as I was there all day. The lady then said she'd reorder but it'd be 2 days later, I was hesitant and that but thought I'd agree as it was £25 I'd paid and the picture of them was beautiful so couldn't wait for my mum to see them.
2 days later my mum phoned and said the flowers (I had to tell her what had happened so spoilt the suprise) had arrived in a small cardboard box! She then opened them to be greeted with 8... yes 8 flowers! She didn't know the price i paid but said youve been ripped off, I told her the price and she was horrified at what she'd got for £25. She sent me pictures immediately. I saw them and was absolutely disgusted and embarrassed to say the least, the balloon which I ordered was about 3 inch no bigger, I knew it'd be small but not that small, could barely see it between the sorry excuse of 8 flowers. The free 'box' of chocolates were actually a small bag, they'd prob purchased them for 50p they were so small, they had 4 chocolates in!
I could of got nicer, better and fresher flowers at Morrison's for 2.99 at the most!
Please do NOT order people, such a rip off and how they call themselves a florist is beyond me.
I really wish I'd read the reviews before hand as I've noticed now there's more bad reviews than good.
I also wish i could add the pictures on here for you to see... im really not exaggerating! God knows what I'd have got for 15.99
