Everything seem to be in order

Item showed up on time and in good shape. They took good care in package if the bumper to prevent damage. Very happy with this product.

Good service, but I will have to send them back they won't fit the track bar for my Ram 3500

Placed the order on Wednesday recieved the bumper in great shape Saturday morning. Bumper mounted Saturday afternoon. Looks great. Would buy from theses guys again.

Ive just placed my first order with bumper superstore. Since my order hasn't even been processed yet, much less shipped or received, I cannot complete an order survey accurately.
Ask me again in 7days and my answers could be far different.!update!
Due to the snowstorm the week of delivery, the item was late. THIS WAS NOT BUMPER SUPERSTORE'S FAULT!
FedEx already had the package. Mother Nature was not cooperative.
