The only inconvenient part of this order was having to ship the parts to a commercial or business address and having inadequate tracking. I blame the tracking on bumpersuperstore but the commercial address requirement.

My husband loves the product. When we received the product, the email said ups ground, it was delivered by freight line truck in a residential area, I was by myself and the guy had difficulty getting the item off the truck, not to mention his truck was too big for the roads, he clipped a cable line from the pole. Looking at the product while the driver was still here, I did not notice any blemishes, package was intact, but I was able to pull all material from bumper, I noticed manufacture scratches and dents, this was after of course when the driver left. Your product is well made. Thanks.

Great quality at an even better price, little hard to navigate website, However calling conformation after order and the follow ups are very nice. Will be back in the near future for a rear bumper.
The bumper is awesome. Communications with the BumperSuperstore.com were lacking while the product was on back order. I was left wondering for weeks if we were going to receive the product. I had a conversation with my credit card company about putting the order in dispute, but I never. Please keep your customers up to date when their products are on back order.
