Order, sales transaction, and delivery was excellent! Product was delivered from 4 states away in about three days. Delivery guy called when he arrived and followed directions perfectly.
Product I purchased was Road Armor Vaquero rear bumper for a 2016 F350. Manufacturing quality was good. Good quality materials. Good finish (powercoat). Complete and strong looking welds. All parts were included except fasteners to attach bumper to the frame, which was not a big deal since I just used the old ones.
Design of the Road Armor bumper is only fair. Bumper is too short approximately.5 -.75 inches and does not extend fully on both sides of truck like the factory bumper. Also, license tag lights are the cheapest, plastic lights known to man-kind. 1st time someone uses the step, they are likely to get kicked and break. Then you will be left drilling additional holes for tag lights.
Another design issue is there are no studs or holes to mount backup sensor/tag light wire harness on the inside of the bumper. I used metalized tape. Hope it will hold.
It is intended that the back up sensor grommets are reused from your existing bumper. Outside sensor grommets are tapered and may cause misreading from your back up system. I easily trimmed them with a dremmel, but if you didn't figure this out on your own, it could cause problems.
Installation instructions are lousy. This only impacts removal and installation of back up sensors which you can easily find better instructions on the interweb.
This is my second bumper from BumperSuperstore. 1st one was a front Ranch Hand. I would do business again with BumperSuperstore without hesitation.

I paid extra for residential drop of freight, but still had to go to the closest dock to pick it up. Bumper is in good shape and was packaged well.
