I only came to this site because it said it could ship what I wanted in 1-2 days from purchase. Other sites had it out of stock and said would be in stock in weeks. So I bought from here where it said it was in stock and would shop in 48 hours or less. Here we are three weeks later and still hasn't shipped. Not only that I emailed them and they where short and rude. Not a offer for anything. I will never order here again.

Ordered products months ago still didn't receive somethings and everytime I call i stay on hold forever. Called today was on hold for hour and 30 minutes. It's ridiculous.

They don't have bumper, they don't answer the phone, they don't refund money. Worse company I have ever done business with

Purchased a bumper and other parts. Then they call and want $200 more shipping after I already Purchased. So Hdtruckware.com now has my business.

Here I am a month out rope customer service three times asking for tracking number all three times they said my bumper has been sent out still haven't gotten it tried calling their customer service three separate times at an hour and a half each call with no one getting on a phone with me this is highly ridiculous especially when you spend thousands at a store

I was on hold for over hours waiting customer service or sales. Good luck to anyone that needs to speak to someone about a product or order.

If u pick the wrong shipping they will call and charge you more shipping than the site says even if you pick the correct one.

Buyer beware! This is a disreputable company who took 2 months to send a bumper, only for it to arrive damaged. Then, they refused to respond to any emails or phone calls for the next 2 months, and have STILL not resolved the issue. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Ordered a Bumper on 1/21/21 I Called on 2/2/21 never answered my Call waited 3 hours No answer. Bumper Superstore received my payment.

Well I ordered a part from them waited a month and then I try to call on hold for 45 minutes then they closed and hung up. The first time then call back again for 45 minutes got someone this time he said he will call me back nope didn't still no part and now I am done with this store never again so be careful ordering if they don't have it you might not get it cause they don't follow up

Many reasons not spend money at this company,,, horrible customer service,, it took a month to receive my bumper, and it was damaged when received,,, don t waste your time, company is a joke

The delivery company that was used scratched and damaged my bumpers was told had to contact bumpers super store first have sent several emails and left voicemail past couple weeks and I am not able to get a response. For the amount of money I spent I did not asked for damaged product would never recommend

It's been well over a week since I received the wrong bumper and I still haven't heard back from the returns department about getting it straightened out despite my multiple emails.

It's been over a month that I have been trying to return the wrong bumper. No one answers the phones or returns calls. Will hardly respond to an email. I guess I'm stuck with the wrong bumper

Absolutely terrible becareful ordered a visor after they took money get call its backorder so it wouldn't come for Christmas now i get it doesn't fit nor do they even make it ti fit my truck now all I get is we are working on the return its been 2 full weeks I. I purchased a bumper for my GMC truck. After purchasing customer service said that it would cost an additional $150 for shipping. They sent me the disclaimer but it did not apply to my location. I am in a major city in Florida. This company‘s business practices are fraudulent. By elsewhere.

Spent thousands of dollars on a bumper and accessories only to get the wrong item, for the wrong vehicle and none of the accessories. Been waiting for over a week to get return information to have this corrected and getting nothing. Called at least a dozen times, voicemail boxes are full and sat on hold for hours. Very frustrating considering the amount of money I've spent. This won't happen again, I'll go somewhere else.

It should not take 2 weeks to ship a item they have in stock, so they say it's in stock. I'm giving it 3 more days before I cancel my order, I think that's only fair, if I don't have a tracking number in 3 days, I contacted them 3 times and they keep saying it's 2 weeks out, when I do cancel, I can have it from summit racing in 2 days.
