I bought finder flares for my 2020 ram 2500 sent part of them didn't get the parts that fit the inter finder parts sent at least 15 to 20 times will not send me text back spent 900 dollars they don't care buyer beware i am going to call better Business bureau because they won't text or call you I am disappointed it and I don't trust storm I think they stole my money and I don't think I would buy anything from them again I just am having all kinds of trouble getting in contact with all
Worst customer service I've ever dealt with as soon as you call they put you on hold I was on hold for over 2 hours and just finally hung up ordered a bumper through them and they never processed it
Ordered a Tough Country bumper 2/7/21. Asked for an update on my order 4/2/21... crickets, finally call Tough Country, the manufacturer and they just received my order today 4/8! Have already waited 8 wks for zilch! Oh but they have had their money since day after my order. No one, and I mean no one answers the phone at this place. I'll never do business with them again... horrible service!
There customer service is a joke. They won't take phone calls and email will only respond in 24 to 48 hours. Still waiting on a response. Item was in stock and ordered on 4/1 and haven't heard anything. Today is 4/8. Be wary.
Ordered a Andersen hitch, was told i would receive shipping information 1-2 days after recipt confirmation. 2 days pass no shipping information, called, waited on hold for 2 hrs, was told they were running behind a little bit, that the hitch was in stock and will be shipping soon. Waited 7 more days, no shipping information, contacted customer service... again to cancel order, was told they cannot cancel order because the order already shipped and is on its way. I asked for shipping information, they could not provide me with a tracking number, asked for shipping information 24hrs later, was told Andersen did not supply them with shipping information (even though I was told over a week ago that they had these in stock). 9th day, finally get shipping information, and loan behold, the product didn't ship until the day I received the shipping information.
Basically if you want poor and slow shipping, be lied to and the process dragged out over a week, then please order from this company!
Only gave 1 star because I had to. Do yourself a favor, order directly from the manufacture!
Can't get any customer service out of these people. I have been trying to reach them for a month in regards to a can am bumper. Nothing but dead ends. Very disappointing, strongly recommend staying away from this website!
Order a couple weeks ago and received an email saying ships in 1-2 days, I've called and sat on hold more than 30 minutes 3 times. I've emailed and absolutely no response from any one. I am gladly patient if communicated with but many recent reviews say no communication and no product. I'm disputing the charges. Won't ever recommend or use this company again.
Great once you get through to someone. Sketchy customer service. Every time I call I get automatically put on hold. Getting updates on shipments was nearly impossible
Crooks... do Not buy from these people! Took me for $1100, had to canceled order due to back order and still have not refunded my money and it's been over a week, after multiple emails. Now no answer no respond! SCAMMERS! I will blas
They cancelled my order because one of thier employees priced it wrong online. The price was the same as on Amazon, and the item was less than $40, so it could not have been more than a $10 mistake unless they way overprice thier items. So for $10 or so they cancelled my order, lost a customer forever, and got this one star review (only because zero was not an option). And 2 weeks later I still have not been refunded. Do not buy from Bumper Superstore.
Recently purchased the rear bumper to match the front and not a happy camper welds rough at best when there was. Also had many incomplete welds spent 3 days smoothing and rewelding problem areas Must not have a very good quality control department No I would not recommend this company to build another bumper till there work improves
Part arrived damages and customer service requested that I send photos. Sent photos as requested and have been placed on ignore mode for a week. Not happy with their "customer service" cannot reach anyone by phone either
Well I was told 5 days ago I would have a tracking number by end of week. So now 11 days out. Its now end of week and no tracking number. I am not waiting 5-6 weeks like Ive read on some other reviews. I will be contacting my CC Company today and disputing and canceling my order. If you dont actually have the items in order then state so on your website. But if you are just a middle man and order from a third party then state so. Should have paid the extra 90 bucks and ordered from Extreme Terrain like I did my other items.
Now if I could figure out how to lower my rating.
I work for a local body shop in Pueblo, CO. I ordered a grill guard for a repair. See attached photos of proof of purchase. We received the grill guard, however it was incorrect, wrong style. At the end of grill guard I ordered one with 3 bars at end. I received one with 2 bars at end. See photos attached. I made several attempts to get this resolved. The bumper store states that they're return policy is simple. This is not the case. They will not respond to email or phone calls. When they do. They keep saying the manufacture states the grill guard is correct! As you can clearly see. It is not. They refuse to take back or even try to resolve issue. Be aware of this company. You can not get anyone on the phone... And a standard robot replies to emails.
I placed an order on 3/14/21. A couple days later, I was emailed saying it would take approx 3 weeks to ship. I immediately responded that I had zero problem with that. Then fast forward a couple days, I received an email saying they had to cancel my order. Today is 3/28/21, and I have NOT received my money back! I can't get anyone to respond. Do not use them!
Beware. The item you wish to purchase may say "In-Stock" when in fact nothing could be further from the truth. It is not in-stock and will take many weeks for you to receive it. When contacting customer service about your order you will be told you agreed to delays... it does say inconspicuously at the bottom of the item description. Shady way to do business. I will never place another order and will make sure I tell every potential customer I meet of their practices and rude customer service.
I ordered from them back in January. They asked me to confirm my purchase & I did. I followed up with them three weeks later. They never place my order because they said I didn't confirm. So I had to showed them the email that I did confirm! So then Waited three more weeks & followed up on my order. They told me an additional four weeks. At this point I could've ordered directly from the manufacture that is four weeks out. SMH!
So I canceled my order. And asked for proof of refund. They sent a email saying order was canceled. It wasn't till today. 2 days later & no money back in my account. I called up & finally got Proof of a refund. Crazy thing is they never refunded me my money when I asked for it originally. What a bunch of trash people working there. Run away!

First- not all parts shown were in my box, and after my contacting them, they just stopped responding!
2nd- I've emailed several times concerning fog lights that have stopped working, after only 2 months, and was told I'll forward to customer Debbie, with no follow up
Billed my credit card on 2/5/21 and still don't have product. Verified it was in stock and still doesn't ship out like website promised.
Customer service does not answer phones, only want to respond via email. Still don't have product. Contacted shipping company and they say they are 3rd party vendor(myers logistics) and have shipped to wrong address. No one takes responsibility. If u make this many mistakes, u should stop, locate merchandise and overnight freight to customer. I would highly suggest not to use this company.
Answer: I can't imagine there is a "better" company. You would have to shop around for price. They were the least expensive for me, though.

Answer: It wasn't too difficult to contact customer service, but they never bothered to solve my problem, or even get back to me. I was also told, that they wouldn't accept a return on my bumper, since I had already installed it; even though, I would have never known the trailer wiring wouldn't reach the redesigned location on their bumper, until after the installation.
