Would recommend great service

It took a few tries to contact them through the phone other than that prices were great and delivery was on point

I wasn't exactly sure of what I would receive because there were pictures of more than one bumper associated with the item number. I was confused by this but ended up very happy because I did receive what I expected. Overall it was a great experience and the packaging was fantastic. There wasn't a scratch on it. The shippers did an excellent job. Thank you for your help.

Web site is very user friendly. Might end up being 5 starts but I'll wait till I receive my order for that

Nice bumper, packaged really well so no scratches or scrapes. However the bag of fastners inside the main cardboard wrappingvwas ripped open and there were fastners (hundreds) loose in the cardboard wrapping. The cardboard was also ripped. After several hours of searching and sorting and counting...they are all there- a miracle. Will install next week and repost there are problems.

The directions weren't the best, bad pictures but easy if you're mechanically inclined.

Local freight company mixed up my delivery. So I received my bumper on a Monday instead of the scheduled Friday.not that big of a deal. Happy with my ranch hand "legend" except for two minor factory defects. Other than that everything went smoothly.
