I received two left bumper mounts. I spoke to Cody in customer service. Cody sent me an e-mail requesting a picture of the two left mounts next to each other so he could forward the picture to Fab Fours and request a right side Bumper Mount. Cody also stated if Fab Fours is out of stock on right side bumper mounts it will take a few days for them to build and powder coat. Cody is also going to request Fab Four to overnight ship the right side bumper mount to me. Excellent customer service with Cody from the bumper Superstore. This is not the bumper superstore's fault. Fab Fours shipped the wrong mount for the right side.
Overall, pretty decent experience, only complaint would be a lack of communication indicating that my order had been shipped. I had to request a tracking number, which they provided 4 days after the item had already been shipped.

All I can say is WOW! Great product (Iron Cross Push Bar Bumper). It was easy to navigate and good detailed information of the products. Shipping was truly amazing. I ordered my bumper at 4:30 pm and it was delivered the next morning around 10:00 AM. A product that's over 150 lbs. in 18 hours is very impressive turnaround time.

Bumpersuperstore personnel were great. The third party shipper (Meyer Logistics) told me my item would arrive on Thursday and it didn't show until Monday with no further communication from them. Not impressed, but that's not bumpersuperstores fault. Otherwise I'm satisfied.
