I was unaware that the bumper was being delivered on a tractor trailer. When I received a phone call, saying I had to make an appointment, I tried calling them for 2 days. After I finally got in touch with them I had to commit to a delivery window from 9-6. They finally delivered it at 6 and that's when he showed up on a big rig.

The bumper was on a new small pallet, on top of a broken pallet, that had 8' 1x4's with nails sticking out. This is unacceptable for the amount of money I paid for this.

Plus I didn't receive the Shackle brackets I ordered. (Will contact them about that.)

The Ranch Hand Bumper I received had 3 bad paint blemishes on the top of the center bar. I own a body shop so we had to sand these areas down, prime, and refinish the Left vertical bar and the top center bar.
Also, I ordered a bumper without sensors and fog lamps but the one I received came in with holes for both. Thank goodness the customer decided to live with the holes because he needed his truck back in service and couldn't be without the bumper for another week.
This is the first incorrect bumper we have ever received from this company. It is also the first with paint defects that I have seen from Ranch Hand or this company. I have pictures of the paint defects I would love to send you all so that you can see the defects if you could tell me where to send them.

I had to buy new bolts and nuts for the roll bar. It was supposed to fit a 2014 ram 1500 but the bolts werent long enough to fit through my bed rails. The rams have a second piece of metal below the original rail making the bolts too short to reach through both. And one of the holes doesnt line up no matter how you adjust the roll bar so i can't fully tighten down one of the screens on the roll bar. Othen than that it looks good.
