Installed grille guard on Wednesday, hit my first deer (Big Buck) on Friday. The guard received a couple of nicks, and prevented truck damage. It paid for itself in two days.

You had the wrong phone number and emailed at 11am during a work day, then Cancelled my order 2 hours later! Who looks at their email at work? Give 24 hrs. Then I reordered and was told delivery Friday or Monday, called your delivery people in SLC and no it would be Wednesday! I had to drive an hour and 20 mins each way to pick up my bumper.
Spoke to your 'Customer Service' she was the one who cancelled my original order and thus was defensive. No sorry, no concession for my 2.5 hours of time and gas to go pick them up.

VERY FAST SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCT
When I received my initial order it was incomplete, I called bummer store and told them what happened and they got right on it. Although I wasn't happy with my order not being complete, Jeff was the man and got the rest of the parts overnighted and I received them the next day. Long story short Jeff is the man and was a pleasure to work with.
