I ordered parts for my Jeep on 5/17 and the money was removed from my account on 5/19 I emailed to find out a status update a few days later because I didn't receive any info them was told tracking number would be given on 5/21 nothing sent an email received a call promised tracking information no later then 5/24 still nothing. I sent two emails on 5/25 still have not received any correspondence. I guess I'll be calling the bank tonight to cancel just wasted a week not getting my parts.
Ordered bumper nothing on site said anything about shipping back order, I hit pay and then I'm told 6-8 weeks for delivery. So 6 weeks later I am told 4-5 more weeks. No compensation for my time and I get no answers other than supplier issues. Will never order anything from here again. So I'll just sit and wait for my order and hopefully it shows up sometime before the end of the year.
I placed an order two different times online. Both times, the item never showed up. I would wait until well after the estimated delivery date and then call to check on the order. Both times they apologized, said there was a little delay, but assured me that my item had shipped. Then they would email me a fake tracking number that had never been registered. Each consecutive time I would call, they would continue to lie to me telling me the item was on the way. Finally, about 6 weeks after initially placing my order, they would tell me my order had never shipped and they did not know when they would be able to get it out. It's terrible for them to treat a customer like this once, but twice?!? Unbelievable! I hate this store! Please save yourself the trouble and steer clear!
Beware. The item you wish to purchase may say "In-Stock" when in fact nothing could be further from the truth. It is not in-stock and will take many weeks for you to receive it. When contacting customer service about your order you will be told you agreed to delays... it does say inconspicuously at the bottom of the item description. Shady way to do business. I will never place another order and will make sure I tell every potential customer I meet of their practices and rude customer service.
Ordered a product over 30 days ago. Only email I received was that it would be two weeks before it ships. Its been 45 days and Im yet to receive my product and they will not get back to me. I will never order from this company.
I ordered a bumper step for my truck, my card was charged that night. Now more than 3 weeks later the website still shows that I do not have an order when I try to check status even though I have an order number. I have sent 4 emails asking for a status update and only received 2 response stating that they would have information "early next week".
Very sad business practice but Bumper Superstore doesn't even have some items listed for sale on their site. I ordered matching front/rear replacement bumpers. Was told a week after purchasing only rear was available and I'd have to wait a month for front... then, sorry, front may be another month! I was charged for purchase. They still have this front unit showing as available on their site! Terrible business practices!

I placed an order with them in April of this year. Just found out via email with no call back but they never placed the order and it's May 28. It was completely no follow through and they were thoroughly and Incompetent. I would suggest finding somebody else to buy your numbers through. I'm going directly to the company I chose
The worst service I think I've ever had. Ordered a bumper. Waited 41/2 months for them to finally tell me it would probably several more months. Suggest that I order a different bumper. I did, supposed to be here with in a couple weeks. 7 weeks later still no bumper. I have called them several times with no answer. Emailed them about 7 times. Then I get an email saying Refunded In Full Today. That's it no explanation. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Buy some where else. You will probably out of business by the time someone reads this!
Good Luck getting ahold of anyone to ask questions... On hold for over 20 mins. Before I gave up and hung up... If this is an indication off their customer service, I sure won't do business with them...
Returned my bumper emailed them for a month now trying to get my money refunded still haven't got it back and now they won't email me back and tell me when I will receive my refund even sent them a photo of a copy of the tracking from the shipping company showing that they have received the bumper back and can't get an answer on where my money is won't ever do business again worst customer service.
First- not all parts shown were in my box, and after my contacting them, they just stopped responding!
2nd- I've emailed several times concerning fog lights that have stopped working, after only 2 months, and was told I'll forward to customer Debbie, with no follow up
I ordered on May 5, never received any order confirmation or number. When I reached out to get it the response time was far from timely and the reason was backwards! Not sure how these guys are still in business if this is how they treat customers. Can't review the "Anderson leveling blocks" because I have not received them!
After a phone call to verify if item was in stock and estimated shipping time I was assured the item was in stock at supplier and would ship next day after order placed. Person I spoke to assured me the order would come by his desk and he would make sure it was placed. No problem... right. Short version is I leave in 3 days for 5 months without the item needed for this trip. Appears Bumper Superstore is good at taking orders and money but short on placing the orders with there supplier.
I placed an order for items on 4/28 here it is 5/14and nothing. They charged me and I haven't gotten an email back of where it is. No one answers the phone or returns emails! Don't order from this company spend your hard earned money elsewhere!
Billed my credit card on 2/5/21 and still don't have product. Verified it was in stock and still doesn't ship out like website promised.
Customer service does not answer phones, only want to respond via email. Still don't have product. Contacted shipping company and they say they are 3rd party vendor(myers logistics) and have shipped to wrong address. No one takes responsibility. If u make this many mistakes, u should stop, locate merchandise and overnight freight to customer. I would highly suggest not to use this company.
I have been trying to get updated on Jeep doors that we ordered in May and it's the end of July. I have emailed customer service and Berber got any response. I have called four times now and I've been told there's no info but I should receive them within four weeks of placing my order. These were my birthday present and I wanted them so badly for our beach trip next week. Today I was advised the company is waiting on hinges to be painted then it will ship out in four days! I asked to cancel this order back on June 10th I was hoping to get a refund of the 989.00 and purchase from another company but I was told no cancellations were allowed. She said I can return them after I receive them but I will be charged $200.00 for restocking fee. I had to learn the hard way, hope you have better luck!

Select my bumpers go to cart enter zip code says free shipping and pay, couple hours later get a call we need to charge you couple hundred for shipping, that's bull$#*!, should have bought direct from bodygaurd, wont be buying from here or recommending anyone buy from here.
Bought the evolution front bumper for my 2018 ram 3500. Loved it for the first year then the finish on it started to fail. Small rust spots started to appear after the first winter on the upper cross bars. Broke both tow hooks off the evolution mounting plates they were welded on with only one weld pass very cheaply done. Would not recomend if you use your truck as a truck 1 star
Answer: I can't imagine there is a "better" company. You would have to shop around for price. They were the least expensive for me, though.

Answer: It wasn't too difficult to contact customer service, but they never bothered to solve my problem, or even get back to me. I was also told, that they wouldn't accept a return on my bumper, since I had already installed it; even though, I would have never known the trailer wiring wouldn't reach the redesigned location on their bumper, until after the installation.
