Was pretty easy
This has truly been the worst experience I've ever had with any company. The employee's are BEYOND rude, and actually said to me "I couldn't care less" to me when asking where my lost bumper was. They sent us the wrong part, and then lost our actual bumper. Multiple employee's have hung up on us, avoided calls, and been VERY rude. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Cant tell you how my parts are. I havent recirved them yet. My delivery has been pushed aside 6 times. NOT HAPPY. I hope product is worth it. It been 19 days since order was made. Store has not been very helpfull will not order from this company again.

Not being able to order when I called customer service and ask about stock check on a bumper was annoying, but other than that everything was great. I was told I'd have to order online, not through customer service.

I ordered from this store because it was a good price. My product was shipped timely to a shipping company. Shipping company let it sit in the warehouse and I had to drive to pick it up.
Hassle free
I tried to buy the Bodyguard 5% discount but did not checkout in time (midnight at end of the month). The next day when I tried to complete the purchase the price went up $200. I called to see if the store would still apply a 5% discount, which the sales manager did. I wish the previous price was still honored but at least I got some discount.
I got exactly what I ordered and it looks great.
When I asked about shipping, they thought my order had been canceled. They were very quick to ship it out when they seen it was not canceled.
