Great company and very responsive customer service
Placed my order totaling $2,814.50, said FREE SHIPPING, paid and then I receive an email stating that I will charged an additional $385.00 in shipping fees. I called to speak with a CSR and she was the rudest person who didn't care if I canceled my order or not. Not gonna happen. I canceled my order and now I have to wait 3 weeks for my refund. This place is nothing but a ripoff.

I placed an order two different times online. Both times, the item never showed up. I would wait until well after the estimated delivery date and then call to check on the order. Both times they apologized, said there was a little delay, but assured me that my item had shipped. Then they would email me a fake tracking number that had never been registered. Each consecutive time I would call, they would continue to lie to me telling me the item was on the way. Finally, about 6 weeks after initially placing my order, they would tell me my order had never shipped and they did not know when they would be able to get it out. It's terrible for them to treat a customer like this once, but twice?!? Unbelievable! I hate this store! Please save yourself the trouble and steer clear!
Tried to call three times and was put on hold for 10 minutes each time before I hung up also left a message one time with a phone number and received no call back in over and hour so I then went online and ordered the bumper. Ordered it at 4.30 Thursday pm received it at 10.30 am on Friday. Man was that fast, have not gotten to install it yet

Arrived faster than I expected.
I ordered bumpers and they kept getting delayed, front bumper arrived with a scratch all the way across the front. And shipping company scratched it as well unloading. Tried to contact customer service and had no luck. Decent quality bumpers, products were as described. Although I would not do business with BSS again!
Everything including delivery time was exceptional, checkout was easy, and it was here within the week. Super satisfied.
I purchased a lift for my 2017 Subaru on June 20 by June 22 they had charged my credit card an it was put on the ready to ship, in the email said the item would ship in 1 or 2 days by July 1 it was still in the ready to ship section so I just decided to cancel my order and now I have this weird feeling that it's going to take forever to get my money back.
