SUPER EASY PROCESS
I am very disappointed because they cancelled my order when they told me they had a few grills left. I called and they told me that they had a few left but they didn't. It was a very good price.

Hard to give a 100% accurate feedback of the products I received; they appear to be fine but have yet to have unwrapped them due to I am getting them installed Friday

Great experience. My full replacement bumper fit great. Only thing was there was a few spots where the bumper was rubbed against something while being delivered and it ate through the powder coating.
So far so good.we had an easy time ordering online and we have the Legend Grille Bar on. Very pleased with the product and the handle.
I was looking for a ARB bumper to fit my 4Runner and I checked out bumper super store and they had a great selection, so I decided to buy one from them. I was worried it might take forever to come Due to covid 19 but I called back a couple of days later to get a ETA on it and Jeff answers and was the best person that you can get to work for you! I would definitely hire him he took care of me like so well I will tell everyone I know buy from his company it's customer service like that, That makes customers return for life thankyou Jeff. The only issue I have is that tube is not long enough to attach to my vehicle
Love the bumper but as you know the older dodge truck is always fighting engine cooling when towing, On this bumper I removed 6 inches of material on each side to allow air flow to the radiator Also to the transmission cooler, at 63 mph hitting a deer or a horse or mouse I'm thinking we will be ok this bumper is well built
I mistakenly ordered it twice when an error code showed up on my first order. I was contacted to confirm the double order, thought that was good customer service. Though I'm very happy with the product, I'm disappointed the hitch pin is not included. I believe that's short sighted..

One of the products I ordered was a taillight kit for a Versahaul Motorcycle Carrier. It is advertised as having a license plate light, but didn't include one. I later discovered the manufacturer part number in your ad is for the taillight kit without a license plate light. I had to buy one separately and wire it in myself.
Also, my complete address was not sent to the manufacturer who shipped the products direct from the factory. I was able to track the packages sent to the post office and receive them before they were returned to the sender.
I ordered a BODY ARMOR TR-******* HILINE SERIES FRONT BUMPER TOYOTA 4RUNNER 2016-2020 and I received the same part #, but says 2015-2019 Toyota 4Runner Hiline Front Winch Bumper. The part won't fit the truck per the body shop and I have requested to return so I can receive a refund. Disappointing as I have to now order a new part. Hopefully they don't stick me with shipping since they sent the wrong part!
The leveling kit showed up way faster than expected. Product fits perfect and is exactly as described!
