Communication was prompt and clear. Bumper for Honda Pioneer 1000-5 was on back order from the manufacturer at time of order. Was advised of an expected delivery date. Manufacturer shipped out bumper earlier than expected. Packaging could not have been better from ToughCountry. Will buy from BumperSuperstore again!
Ordered a bumper that stated that it was for a 2017 when it was really for a 2016 truck. They didn't want to sell me a 2017 because they were out of stock and I would have had to wait 6 week (that was okay with me) but the salesman said they would just take the other bumper back and refund my money. I paid someone to install it so they had to take the stock bumper off then put it back on (cost me $80) Thanks for wasting my time and money. Definitely wouldn't recommend ordering from this company.
