We have ordered a number of items through Bumper Superstore over the years and have always been satisfied with the service. I ordered a $2100 bumper from them in early September. I was emailed it would be 3 to 5 days. That time came and went. I emailed again-cannot get anyone on the phone-and was told that it would be 3 to 4 more weeks. That time came and went and after emailing and calling daily for the last week I called DPI Off Road. The representative at DPI Off Road told me that Bumper Superstore has been in receivership since July. The company that took over assets for Bumper Superstore is RESOLUTE COMMERICAL SERVICES. Hopefully they will be able to get my money back. In case anyone else is having this issue, their number is *******081.
I ordered a bumper from Bumper superstore last May I have not received it and but a company called Daystar Products International charged my card $1812.38 for the bumper. It was supposed to be delivered in 5 to 6 weeks then mid august now no one is communicating with me. I have called multiple times, sent email, used their website contact form and no results. Order number ******* for a Frontier Gear 300-30-7008 Front Bumper for GMC Sierra 1500 2007-2013. My next call will be to the Arizona Attorney General's Office.

I purchased a bumper to the tune of $2500. I had to wait for the bumper to be built. Once the bumper was completed, Bumper Superstore refused to pay the manufacturer (I paid Bumper Superstore when I ordered). Three months later, I am having to go through the whole process of doing a chargeback on my credit card. It is likely that I'm going to have to wait for this bumper to be built all over again. Dealing with.Bumper Superstore has been nothing but a giant headache. Stay away, far, far, away!

I ordered a DV8 Hardtop for my daughter's Jeep on February 20,2022. For the next 12 months i received updates stating there was manufacturing delays and no delivery timeframe. By June of 2023 we gave up hope and asked for a refund. They were polite and stated it would take up to 10 days to credit our account. Week after week we checked back in to see where our credit was. By August a service rep notified us that they needed to issue a check and that the company just updated their accounting systems and they could not tell us when it would be returned. By September we received a note that a supervisor thought they would issue a check on September 28th and to keep are fingers crossed (are you joking). It is now mid October, no check, same excuses from retailer and now we have turned to an attorney and the better business bureau to seek a remedy. I wish no one ill will and take no pleasure in writing this. However, I do not want any others to have the experience with this Company. Buyer beware!
I ordered a new bumper and used the add-on feature (fog lights, shackles, shackle isolators and a bolt on 2" receiver). I paid around $1700 for the package and I placed the order last year around July (2022). It is mid-October 2023 and I am still waiting on a shackle. They originally sent 1 shackle and I ordered "a Pair of Shackles" on their site. At first they made me take a picture of the package to show I only received one shackle. Then they said they would order it. Every few months I would call and they would give me the run around. Eventually they said it was on back-order. This has been going on for the past 11 months now. Their customer service is horrible. I still don't have a resolution.
If I could give a zero star rating I would! I ordered a bumper for my truck back in March of 2023. It is now 5 months later and I still have not received the item I purchased. They took my money (nearly $1,300) but cannot give me a clear answer as to where my item is. I have called them several times and I just get the run around from them. I finally made a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau. I cannot write a bad enough review about this company. They'll take your money but won't send you the item you ordered and they won't give you a clear answer as to where or when you'll receive the item purchased. Beware of this company, they are a complete rip off! My recommendation to anyone who has had a similar experience to report this company to the Better Business Bureau so that they don't continue to steal people's money.
Ordered a front bumper for my 2020 Ram had a great deal and web site said it was in stock. Made order and waited for shipping conformation never received and called multiple times finally being told should hear something in a week. Week goes by NOTHING! Call again and told don't have said item would have to wait another week for another vendor to get it in stock. This company already took payment and now are trying to get out of selling me the item at the price agreed at purchase. Buyer beware

Ordered a front bumper. Before I placed the order I asked if the bumper was in stock, and was told that it was. Now last time I called customer service, I was told mid August. 12 weeks from the time I placed my order. Really feel that they tell you what you want to hear to make the sale.
Ordered a bumper that was supposed to be free shipping, paid for the item, received a call days later saying it was going to cost me $150 to ship because it was coming from a warehouse in Texas. Bad business don't order from them.
I called and ordered a bumper. I was told that it was in stock which it was not. I waited several weeks and did not hear anything. I followed up with several phone calls and then got a notice by email that the bumper I had ordered was on back order and would be several more weeks before I would receive it. I was asked if I wanted to cancel it and re-order another one. I said yes they said I would have to request a refund on the first one and still pay for the second one which I did not have a problem with at the time, I received the new bumper within several days top quality no issues love the merchandise I then proceeded to follow up with customer service for my refund on the first bumper ordered and still have not received an email saying that it was refunded and customer service told me it is 5 to 10 days before the refund happened question is it took two minutes to take my money but 10 days to get it back that is not customer service very dissatisfied will never buy again from this company although the bumper I received is nicely done
I've been waiting for 2 months on a bumper that said in stock ships in 1-3 days. Two months later it still hasn't shipped and still says in stock on their website. Bumper superstore is a joke. 10 out of 10 do NOT recommend
My husband ordered an item. This store used Myers Logistics. Was due 3 weeks ago. Not been delivered. They knew they don't deliver on time. Better get a refund.
Poor communication, nothing on website regarding astronomical freight charges, lady was so rude! Called me this morning and cancelled my whole order and said the bumper wasn't in stock! I emailed several times and called several times. When I start pressing about my order, this is what I get. Ordered and paid for a bumper. $2000! And they can't manage to cover freight. There is nothing on their site saying they only cover $100 of freight! Just a big joke! Go somewhere else because this place doesn't care!

Call on the 27 of Dec to return the parts. Have them in the box they came in. Call for a return, wanted picture of the label box. I sent in ten minutes of the call. They need approval form Body Armor. Still waiting for the return label. When companies take my money quickly but won't return it just as quickly. Ordered a Scorpion bumper (P*******) and winch for my 2022 Chevy Colorado - they said emphatically that the bumper would fit (as I emphatically ask them if it would?). When I got it (a month after ordering) I finally got to try and install - it would not fit without modification to existing grill/bumper and a 3' gap would have resulted on either side of it. I called and tried to return and they said I had to pay return shipping and 20% restock fee (on top of an additional $250 shipping fee to get it to me in the first place). I have not had this kind of issue with a return for years - I'd be paying the cost of the bumper to return and still be out a bumper - makes no sense and returns manager had no response to that - wanted to know if I had record of my conversation and a name or person I spoke to (I of course did not as I figured I was dealing with a reputable company and she said everyone says that - nice!). Horrible way to do business. I just want them to pay return shipping (for the bumper - the winch is fine) and the cost of the bumper - that doesn't seem so unreasonable to me for something they assured me would fit? Good luck dealing with these people if your order is wrong!

Ordered some expensive driving lights for an important build. Waited over a week, nothing showed up. Called once, was on hold for 23 minutes! They hung up on me. Called again. Same thing but I hung up after 5 minutes of being on hold. Called again later. Guy answered. Said something "wasn't right" about my order but that he would call me as soon as he could get his manager to figure it out. Also said that the lights hadnt even left yet. Next day, still no call. Got an email that said my order was cancelled and refunded my money. So i spent a week or more waiting, then over an hour of phone time for NO REASON AT ALL. Rude service, awful manners, awful compant to deal with. Never again.
Answer: I can't imagine there is a "better" company. You would have to shop around for price. They were the least expensive for me, though.

Answer: It wasn't too difficult to contact customer service, but they never bothered to solve my problem, or even get back to me. I was also told, that they wouldn't accept a return on my bumper, since I had already installed it; even though, I would have never known the trailer wiring wouldn't reach the redesigned location on their bumper, until after the installation.
