I ordered 2 dog collars and a few extra patches at the beginning of march. After two weeks I contacted them and they said they were behind but finishing my order as we speak. 2 weeks later still have not received my order. Online says label had been made but usps has not gotten the item to ship out. On their status update it says they have shipped my order. DO NOT order from them. U will not get ur order.
I ordered my collars in September of 24 and it's now nearly February of 25 and they still haven't shipped. Nothing but stock responses apologizing for the delays and empty promises to ship them. They send fake email updates showing the order progress, and keep their website updated with fake turnaround times and positive reviews saying how glad people were that they waited but it's all a scam. They even went as far as to create a USPS shipping notification on 11/19 to show my collars were "ready to ship" but after two months the shipping label is still "awaiting package".

Placed and order on 10/02/2024 with promised turnaround of 3-4 weeks. 11 weeks later my products have still not been shipped even though they were marked as shipped on their website. I've been in contact with them several times via email and they have always been responsive but provide false promise after false promise. They now say they've refunded my order but I still haven't seen that money returned. Spend a little extra and order from someone else. If you don't believe me, search them on Facebook or Google.

I ordered my dogs collar on 10/19, here it is 12/09 and I just barely received my tracking info which still says shipping label created waiting for info from shipper. I understand personalized items take a little bit longer but almost two months for a dog collar is a bit excessive. I have a puppy and she has about outgrew her old collar waiting for this one to arrive. When I ordered it said may take 3-4 weeks but we are well past that.

I was lucky enough to get a response to all of my emails. They changed the size of the collar when I explained we originally ordered for our then small english mastiff puppy and realized the collar wouldn't fit by the time it arrived. I was very scared this company was a scam but we finally got it today. It's very nice and fits him well and can easily be adjusted as he grows. I will be honest I probably won't order from them in the future but I'm happy with the product I eventually received.

About a week after I purchased my items I tried to find and email confirmation but never received an email. I went back into the site and went to my order. That's where I saw that it's about 8 weeks before item will ship. Once that happens then you will get a text confirmation. I checked my checking account and they did take my money...
