You will never see your dog collar period you can contact them via email as much as you want but they will never send you the color but they will send you some automated bull$#*! saying give us one more week. They went as far as giving me a fake tracking number saying that the package and label have been generated just waiting for pick up. All of the other 4 or 5 star ratings are AI generated. This is not a legit company and you will not receive your product let alone your refund.

I was patient and did recieve the collars and lesh exactly as I ordered and the quality seems good after my dogs have been wearing them for a week. I will say it took way longer than originally promised and a few emails but I did receive my order finally. My only complaint is turn around time.

I ordered 2 dog collars and a few extra patches at the beginning of march. After two weeks I contacted them and they said they were behind but finishing my order as we speak. 2 weeks later still have not received my order. Online says label had been made but usps has not gotten the item to ship out. On their status update it says they have shipped my order. DO NOT order from them. U will not get ur order.

Really!?! March 3rd... That's a month beyond the original promise date WTF!😡 😡 😡 😡

It takes [2 weeks to make] according to the website and an extra week for custom... Last time I used your company I had the same issue with you and you haven't changed...
Misrep... Probably fake reviews as well... I think you are still lying to me now about the delivery time... I think I will go visit my bank about your merchant account... See how many real complaints you have...
Giving me a tracking number without a packing list is a bogus way to buy time. First it was 2/3/25. Then 2/7/25

ZERO FAITH OR TRUST IN YOUR COMPANY

I ordered my collars in September of 24 and it's now nearly February of 25 and they still haven't shipped. Nothing but stock responses apologizing for the delays and empty promises to ship them. They send fake email updates showing the order progress, and keep their website updated with fake turnaround times and positive reviews saying how glad people were that they waited but it's all a scam. They even went as far as to create a USPS shipping notification on 11/19 to show my collars were "ready to ship" but after two months the shipping label is still "awaiting package".
Heed the all the warnings and steer clear of this company!

I ordered collars 45 days ago. Still haven't shipped and no response from the company. Scammed me out of $200. DO NOT USE THEM!

I got a pre-shipment notification but never the shipment.

Don't order from these guys, they'll never ship your product! Waiting almost 4 months now. Their response to emails is always the same, claiming package will be in the mail today. They've been saying that for a month and nothing happens. Don't waste your money!

Placed and order on 10/02/2024 with promised turnaround of 3-4 weeks. 11 weeks later my products have still not been shipped even though they were marked as shipped on their website. I've been in contact with them several times via email and they have always been responsive but provide false promise after false promise. They now say they've refunded my order but I still haven't seen that money returned. Spend a little extra and order from someone else. If you don't believe me, search them on Facebook or Google.

I ordered my dogs collar on 10/19, here it is 12/09 and I just barely received my tracking info which still says shipping label created waiting for info from shipper. I understand personalized items take a little bit longer but almost two months for a dog collar is a bit excessive. I have a puppy and she has about outgrew her old collar waiting for this one to arrive. When I ordered it said may take 3-4 weeks but we are well past that.

Beware of NO COMMUNICATION if there is problem in shipping.

I placed an order on April 14th for a dog collar. The parcel shows delivered on May 22nd to my San Jose office. I have tried asking for status including the tracking number of the order over voice mail and over email. Not reply from business.

I purchased a flat dog collar for my dog around early April and even paid the extra $20 for a rush which claims 1 week time. I received an email on April 10th advising that my order was in the last stages of production and it will ship soon and a tracking number has been added to your order status page(Not yet shipped! Please allow a couple of days for the tracking to update).

On or around April 15th I checked for an update and saw that a tracking number had been assigned and USPS stated that a shipping label had been created and they were awaiting the item. However when I still saw no movement from this status on April 17th I reached out via phone and email. No response. The phone number provided has an automated message and a full voicemail.

I sent follow up inquiry via email on the morning of April 24 and someone responded that afternoon stating they would investigate the matter further and provide me with an update as soon as possible.

Today is April 27th and my tracking update via their website states shipped but USPS tracking still reflects the April 10th status of shipping label created, USPS awaiting item. I am aware that my interpretation of "rush" may be misaligned with theirs but at a minimum it would be ideal to just have someone communicate in a timely fashion. Supply chain delays are common and I am really understanding of that but if the item was still going to take as long as the standard shipping then I would have preferred to utilize a larger company who can handle their order volume appropriately.

9 weeks to wait for an order to arrive, they dont answer the phone and are horrible with emails. Poor quality custom lettering on dog collars.

Placed a small order on 02/01 and after I checked on the delay I received a reply stating the order (slipped through the cracks) and would be expedited and shipped within 10 days on 04/13. We are now more than a month later without any reply or refund. I have sent an email and now they won't reply. My first order went well but was super slow shipping. This order makes me wonder how they are even in business.

I bought a collar with AirTag holder for my dog. After reading the reviews I was a little worried but Bullrun exceeded my expectations every way. If you need work done I would 10 out of 10 recommend them. In fact I will be ordering collars for all 5 of my other dogs from them!

Received a great product, the owner and I exchanged a few emails and was so transparent about everything. Told me that it was in the process of being shipped and that's just what happened. I received it within the week. Great collar and great customer service. Will order from them again. Mahalo Bullrunflag!

I am overly pleased by this collar! The quality is great and the fit is perfect. I will be ordering again for sure! My GSD is 77 pounds and I ordered a size medium with padding, a handle and in the color black with military gold stitching for the font.

I've ordered custom work from several companies and I'd have to say Bullrun Flag by far makes the best of the best. I had a slight issue with delayed shipping on my first order however they have great customer service and made things up on my second order. Great company and great products, I highly recommend them!

I wanted a new tactical collar for my Great Dane. I found Bull Run on social media. I started looking around and found the perfect camo collar for my "little" girl. It's perfect with the padded handle, camo design, large pink "ATHENA", and pink US flag. It's the perfect size. I cannot say how happy I am with this. The rest of my collars will come from Bull Run.

I will not lie after reading the reviews a couple weeks after my purchase I was a little nervous
But they explained they were behind and would have my order sent out soon as possible. I felt a little skeptical but gave it more time
A week later finally got it! And it's great material feels sturdy and looks perfect on my furry babes I do recommend

We ordered a new collar from Bull Run Flag& Embroidery for our 1 year old pittie puppy-he's approximately 70lbs already. He has a big thick neck& a lot of pulling power so we needed something heavy duty. We purchased the 2 inch Personalized Tactical Dog Collar Custom embroidered K9 Collar with USA Flag Camo Thick Service collar for Large Breed Dogs - With Handle. When we first put it on our boy Ike, he wasn't quite sure about but now he absolutely LOVES his collar! The fit is perfect & having the handle is so nice! The removable patches are awesome, you can add your pup's personality to their collars! Love the buckle, nice heavy duty so he won't be able to break it (I was looking for a collar w a heavy duty buckle, there is NO way he will break it!) We are so pleased with this collar, we will be ordering more products! We were also pleased with the turn around time from when I ordered to when we received it (for being a custom order). Love this business is in USA- specifically in West Virginia! Thank you for your products! We will for sure be ordering more for our other fur-babies!
