It's been a month and I still haven't received my order. Tried calling their phone number and leaving emails no response. I've called over and over and today they answered and then they told me that they are busy with other customers and will call me back. This place is so unprofessional.

I have emailed several times and never have received a response. I have also called for several months inquiring about my order. I was told my on two occasions my order would be shipped by the Following Monday and expressed ship by the end of the week. I have not received my order. It has been another month and now they will not answer their phones. I can not even get a refund. Do not waste your money or time on this company. With all business hurting during the shut down this one is stealing your money.

Fraudulent site

Bullrun flag is a fraudulent business. Stay away. Check out the BBB site for complaints about this business.
I placed an order in December 2019 and have yet to receive merchandise or refund.
Etsy should shut this site down

I should start by saying that I found this company probably a year and a half ago, my mom was looking for name tag for her dog collar... ordered, shipped, perfect... to this day the quality has held up & the patch still looks pretty much new.

SO... we decided that we would order through this coming again. This September, first I placed an order for my mom, then I came home and ordered 3 additional collars for my dogs. After about a month I emailed the response said "we have no orders matching your description or details"... I figured it was a loss cause. A week ago my mom and I both got text messages at random with an "update on our order" so now I had the order number to email BRF a second time.

It's been over two month since both orders were placed, and as of now no response to rectify the issue. I will update if the issue is resolved, but I'm feeling it likely won't. Disappointed this business took a SERIOUS turn for the worst.

Scam Organization

This is a scam organization.
Proof
1. No customer service phone number, no way to contact them. They do not refer to emails
2. No method to post a review on their web site. Which leads you to believe they post their own positive reviews
Never sent me my patches after six weeks. Reported as credit card fraud. Referred to Virginia Attorney Generals Office for Interstate Wire Fruad. Formal compliant filed with Virginia Department of Consumer Affairs and Federal Trade Commision Division of Consumer Affairs.

Waited 9 weeks, still no order. Not sure if the owner is just overwhelmed or a terrible business person. The site says 3-5 week turn around time, so the first thing on the top of their page is a lie.
I got an email saying my order would ship within 7-10 days, it never did. Never answers emails. I was able to get someone on the phone, and they said it would ship next week, but of course that time has come and gone. Had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Stay far, far away! I redid my order with Northern Safari - Army Navy Wisconsin and had great service.

Love it!

We got our puppy a Camo collar with a name patch and we LOVE it. It's high quality and durable. The loop for the leash is nice and large and the buckle closure for the collar is strong enough to stand up to the dog pulling once he's bigger. Will definitely be buying here again whenever we need a new one!

Same thing happened to me. Ordered my product on 17 March. Multiple emails later, no product. How do they get away with this? I contacted BBB and one of the reviews below said that BBB had already been contacted. How is it that they are not shut down?

Total Rip-Off

One month after I placed my order, nothing has arrived. The money was deducted from my account, and I was sent a notice with a tracking number announcing a label was created, but not sent out for delivery. I chatted into customer service, and sent an email asking about the status of my order with no response. I wish I had searched for reviews before ordering. DO NOT order from Bullrun Flag! They'll take your money, not send your order, and won't respond to inquiries.

Order a tag in November 2019. Got shipping tag created on 12/12/19. Sent email and left voice mail on 12/2019 when i still didnt receive tags. After repeatedly calling someone picked up and told me that my order would ship that week. As of 1/6 /20, still do not have tags.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I've ordered from this company in the past. I remember it taking an overly long time to get my product, but since I was so impressed with the quality I decided to try them again and I wish I didn't. I ordered a name tape in JANUARY of this year. It's now 2 days away from MAY and I have no product. I'm using these tapes on my go-bag for patrol. I emailed the company back in March just asking for a status and I was told that my product is on the final stage and I will "for sure receive it in a week". It's now almost May and I still have no product. I'm so close to disputing this charge with my credit card company.

I placed my order in March and then April 23rd received emails stating it was being made and would ship out, also stated they would send emails to let me know each step and nothing since. I have called daily and sent emails and not one Single response. Took my money and no product. Don't bother ordering from here.

Awful Customer Service

Placed an order over 4 months ago. I understand things may be delayed due to the environment we are in. I have no problem waiting for my order. The problem I do have is when I have emailed and called dozens of times over this 4 months time frame and not one time have I gotten a reply to my email and not one time has anyone answered the phone. I have left messages and no call back. I have no clue where my order is or if it is even coming. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend you buy anything from this company.

Very disappointed
November 11, 2021

I ordered embroidered Christmas stockings from this company. The pictures looked super cute. I waited for 2 months for them to be delivered. When they were they looked very cheap and some of them were falling apart. A few days later I was in my local dollar tree and found the same stockings. So I paid $100 for dollar tree stockings.

First he said he was behind i told him I wanted a refund then he said he would have it ready the next day. A week later I asked what happened and said he will ship it out the next day. 6 days later nothing has been shipped and he stopped responding to my emails.

Customer order was placed on July 19th when the turnaround time for custom products was 8 weeks. After multiple email communications it was decided to expedite the order and it was fulfilled in just 3 weeks. After fulfillment customer contacted with threatening emails demanding a refund which was given on August 14th. Order was delivered to customer 3 days later on August 17th. Now this guy has the product and the money for an order that was expedited while my other loyal customers are patiently waiting for much longer... NOT COOL! USPS tracking #9400111699000965789118

UNREAL_ DO NOT BUY

I waited over six weeks for custom name tapes. Customer service kept changing their story over and over about when it would be delivered and why. After two weeks they stopped responding. I had to contact the Virginia State Attorney General's Office and suddenly, my order was immediately filled. Its a shame because I need a lot more work done. But these guys have an F rating from the BBB and unless you take legal action - you may never get your order. DO NOT BUY under any circmstances.
