“Don't Trust This Site”

Placed an order end of May for late June/early July availability. Received confirmation email. Never heard from them again. Reached out 6/28 for update. Received email stating vendor had fulfilled other orders and my next CHANCE of receiving my item would be early October. Did I want to keep my order "on file"? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! You are taking orders on products you can't possibly fulfill but not telling customers that info. Despite smiley emails, that is terrible business practice. Still waiting for my PayPal refund too!

We purchased a $2,000 bed that we waited almost 4 months to receive. I was a nervous wreck about it getting damaged during delivery and have email after email between Betsy the owner and I, where she assured me we would have 48 to properly inspect the pieces and put it together to make sure there are no issues with the bed. She assured me over and over again on the phone as well that if something were damaged they would 100% correct the problem. My husband works long days and doesn't finish working until after 7pm. The pieces were delivered a little after 4 pm. White glove delivery was not available for our area so the best she could offer was inside delivery. The boxes were delivered and just as I said we would do we inspected everything thoroughly within a few hours of receiving. That is when we saw the long deep cracks in the side boards, a welt in the headboard and stress cracks on the headboard. The sideboards are the worst. Betsy assured us that an insurance claim would be filed and that everything would get handled. After a month of waiting she let me know the best she could do is to mail us a "repair kit" and we would have to find someone to fix the cracked, broken bed?! That is like buying a wrecked car and accepting it being patched up! Or worse than that, being told to find someone yourself to fix it! Of course we did not accept that so now she is completely ignoring us, won't return phone calls or emails and refuses to help us, leaving us with a broken bed and out $2,000! We are fighting this allllll the way! I would run from doing business with this woman and this place. Here are pictures showing the cracks.
