Placed an order end of May for late June/early July availability. Received confirmation email. Never heard from them again. Reached out 6/28 for update. Received email stating vendor had fulfilled other orders and my next CHANCE of receiving my item would be early October. Did I want to keep my order "on file"? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!
You are taking orders on products you can't possibly fulfill but not telling customers that info. Despite smiley emails, that is terrible business practice. Still waiting for my PayPal refund too!
