I was very pleased with my purchases. They arrived well packaged and reasonably quickly so that was pleasing.

I purchased Christmas presents which I was happy with and because I spent x amount of dollars I received a bonus bracelet witch i gave to my granddaughter. Within 2 days it fell to pieces. Made me feel like a cheapskate

I purchased the Gold drop earrings earlier this year and they are beautiful, easy to wearing and very comfortable.

Really disappointed as it is a present for my granddaughter on 31st May. Does not look anything like photo / I am so sad as its her 10th birthday- the packaging is horrible & it took 14 days to reach me.

Ordered pearl earrings. They are gorgeous. Delivery was very fast too. Very pleased with the purchase.

Much much smaller then pictured but the problem was they had little rings on the bottoms of them so they look like they are missing a piece. I notice now you do sell them with pearls hanging off the bottom. Mine looked like that but the pearls have fallen off.

The choice and the quality is fantastic. Different and unusual designs and good prices.
The website is clear and easy to navigate.

The packaging was poor, I was so disappointed it was a Xmas present. I won't be buying again from this store. I paid extra for a gift bag that was worth 10 cents in my opinion.

I purchased a pair of pearl earrings - one was clearly smaller than the other - after contact first via email then by phone - I was extremely satisfied with the attention to my issue and resolve of it.
