Ordered the bracelet and although the website was easy to navigate, the shipping was quick, the quality of the product was less than desired. It looks plastic and nothing like the picture. Would not recommend or purchase from them again.

My experience ordering the ring was good. The band and setting are lovely but at first I was a bit disappointed with the pearl. I have another ring from this company and I think the pearl on it looks nicer. However, this ring looks nice on my fingers and I am now used to it.

I was having issues trying to order, after a phone call, all was good, customer service was wonderful, my order was processed quickly and I received my bangle very fast from WA (I'm in NSW), all round great experience.

I have been trying to replace my Hawaiian pink pearls for some years now but to no avail. However the light pink button pearls are so beautiful I am ver happy with them.

Have purchased several items over the years 2 this year alone, excellent service and purchased on line product as well exchange the item for small size no problems at all and very quick. Highly recomended

I purchased the Mabe ring for my wife's birthday and she absolutely loves it. The pearl has a beautiful colour and she can't stop commenting on it. Delivery was quick and the order went through smoothly.

I have purchased in Broome and online and have been very happy with the online portal and speedy delivery. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the colour of the black pearl I purchased, as it was more in blue tones than black.

Pretty ordinary and I don't think that it's a pearl and I definitely would not be referring any of my friends or family to purchase it!

Just purchased these and I am extremely happy with the customer service and the earrings were certainly were excellent value. I highly recommend them.
