Merchants Of The Sun

I placed two separate orders with Merchants of the Sun, and both experiences were frustrating and disappointing. My first order for a pendant necklace was cancelled because it was out of stock. I was not informed about this until I had to reach out to their customer service. After that, they simply deleted the order and refunded me.

Hoping for a better outcome, I placed a second order with express shipping, expecting it to arrive before Christmas as promised by their website. The delivery date was set for December 17th, but I received no shipping notification. The tracking still shows "preparing for shipping," and I fear this order will also be cancelled without warning.

This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. If items are out of stock, customers deserve prompt notifications and timely refunds. I couldn't be more disappointed with their service.

I was really disappointed with my experience. The products are significantly overpriced, and on top of that, they charged an excessive amount for shipping. To make matters worse, there was an issue with the delivery, and now I've heard nothing from their customer service. Very frustrating!

Good experience, customer service were quick to reply and help when my order was delayed by the post. High quality jewellery and looks just like online.

Easy to navigate, great tips on sizing, great pictures to show how the pieces look on which helped with making decision. I bought a piece for my 24 year old son. The packaging it arrived in was thoughtful. Artful and environmentally friendly. The necklace looked exactly like shown on website when on.

Bought from Merchants before for my Bf! Absolutely love! The only thing is the packaging can sometimes look cheap. I spent just over $500 (a gold ring and gold necklace) for an anniversary gift for my boyfriend. The jewellery was both put into a little bag and it just made it look cheaper than what I spent. As a suggestion maybe having a gift wrap option with a fee might be a nice idea.

Gorgeous product - A classy design signet ring that my son will be able to wear for many many years to come. Sizing guide is clear and spot on. Easy website to navigate. Easy to place order. Little tricky to find all the pieces available to purchase though as some pieces could only be found through a certain, not obvious navigation route...made it fun though

Great. Needed to exchange a ring for a larger size, quick responses and made very easy. They also sent a ring sizer with the ring which is super handy (must happen a lot but I still respect the trouble shooting)

Saw the Tik Tik ad and my love of gold prompted me to check out the website.
I made 2 items purchase. I love the gold onyx ring, which resembles my college ring and my first purchase of fine jewellery at 21 years old.
The ring size is too big but I love the ring so much I am buying a better- fit size. So I will now own 2 pieces of the same item never having a chance to wear my magical ring purchase. I'm excited to finally get to wear it once my order is processed. Love the designs.

I got this piece to match my grandfathers old weeding ring as I didn't want to have it re sized and it's mind blowing how amazing it looks against it and I saw the other one to match and just new I had to have them both and don't regret it!

I bought a chain and after two days of use is completely black! Also, it took a month to arrive. Really bad

I've previously used Merchants and I've never had any issues. The rings are of high quality and definitely make me feel confident about my outfit as they compliment most things very well

Easy to order and arrived quickly. Was a little discoloured at first but appeared to polish up nicely. Will monitor how it goes after it is worn for a period of time.
