I received my pendant perfectly packaged and could not have been happier when I opened the parcel as the pendant was beautiful. I had it in my hand within 10 days and I had been kept informed along the way - no worries about if or when it may arrive and in what condition. Broome Staircase Designs were a sheer delight to deal with as the pendant was something that my late husband had researched on line to buy for me and they handled the purchase with delicacy, understanding and absolute efficiency. If it was possible to give them a higher score than 5 stars, I certainly would have done so.

After searching almost every Pearl shop in Broome, I walked into Staircase Designs.
I was made to feel very welcome by Myra who is the owner, she has the most amazing designs and stunning pearls and the best part was the prices.
I found my once in a lifetime Broome Pearl Ring!
And gifts for the ladies in my family, Myra really looked after me, and it was such a lovely experience.

I came into the store and did indeed purchase something for a gift for my friend. I was wearing freshwater pearl earrings at the time. There was a dismissive comment about freshwater pearls as opposed to "Broome" pearls.
I felt a little offended but still persevered and purchased something for my friends gift.
A pearl freshwater or not is still a pearl. I understand that their job is to push the "broome quality and product" etc but be wary of offending a person to make them feel that the item they are wearing is second rate.

Customer and staff interaction sometimes is to gauge where to start from as we have a huge range of both freshwater and Southsea Pearls.
