I purchased an item online during tax free weekend. Apparently because the store is closed on Sunday but the online website is not, and I was still charged tax. I brought this to their attention and nothing happened.
If you are OK with waiting a bit for it to come from the factory in portugal, the quality of the chain is very well worth it.

I purchased an engraved bracelet online for my goddaughter.
Columbia jewelers was great to work with! The engraving words that would have gone on the inside of the bracelet were a little long for the tiny bracelet, they called me the next day and very professionally explained it was too long and would be tiny lettering. They gave me other similar (shorter) recommendations.
It was shipped that day (less than 24 hours after my order)

I bought a sterling silver "7 days ring". I am very satisfied with the service. I received my ring within days of ordering. I also received a personal message from the owner which I thought was a very nice gesture.
The packaging was very good. The earrings arrived in perfect condition and they are very beautiful. The earrings for "kids" are VERY small; more likely for infants to one year old. Anyone child older than one year, they probably won't fit. At 800 (19.2K) gold, they are also quite soft and delicate so need to be handled carefully.
Due to the current business conditions regarding COVID-19, I had to search online for a bracelet for my one year old granddaughter's birthday.
I found exactly what I was looking for on the Columbia Jeweler's website and placed my order.
Within a day, I received a confirmation with a recommendation.
Francisco was prompt, helpful and recommended that I change the engraving slightly to enhance the look of the bracelet.
He got this completed in a day, shipped to me for review; and even added extra gift wrap so I could have it ready for presentation.
My daughter and family loved it and my granddaughter is wearing something special.
