We ordered some products online which included black pearls. After receiving the product we wanted to change the colour to one with a different hue. Went to the the Mandurah store. The staff member saw us as we entered and we explained the situation. She was very helpful and did her best to assist, showing us different options. We were able to find what we were after and left very satisfied. We will definitely order from them again in the future
I have been trying to find a necklace like this that is round, not chiselled. Absolutely perfect. Hope the 2mm size is back in stock soon
