Brilliant Earth

About two months ago, we noticed that one of the beautiful engagement ring's tiny stones was missing. I called Brilliant Earth; they issued a return ticket and shipment documentation. A phone call was scheduled with a customer support representative. Initially, Brilliant Earth asked for a few hundred dollars to fix and strengthen the ring's prongs. I protested as the engagement ring was relatively new. My argument was accepted, and the repair was done for free. A couple of months later, we received the ring back. Overall, I am delighted with both the procedure and the outcome.
I have learned from the process that the ring needs regular maintenance of not only cleaning but re-checking the prongs.

Shopping at Brilliant Earth is easy. They have soo much to choose from. I was looking for more and an antique look. Happy with what I found and I know if I'm in the market for more jewelry, which will probably happen, I'll be looking here first!

Absolutely terrible and unreliable. I have not even been married 2 years I am on my 3rd band with them that has broken. They are extremely unreliable and customer service is awful. They refuse to give me a refund when BIG diamonds have fallen off my newly upgraded $3,000 band TWICE now. They have replaced it already and 2 weeks later, another diamond fell out. I haven't had my wedding ring this entire year consistently on my finger due to this companies policies. I haven't had it on my hand for even 30 days before diamonds are popping off my band and nowhere to be found. This company is a disgrace when it comes to the uniqueness and cost of diamonds for a wedding band. Do not use them whatsoever. We will be sure to be letting all of our friends and families aware of this company's extremely poor etiquette for high paying customers.

Shopping for jewellery can be a super hard task and doing it online while all store front locations are closed even harder. I really loved shopping on Brilliant Earth's website because the search and filters made it a really nice experience. You can narrow down your search so easily and filter out things that you're not interested in a couple of clicks. You can read about all their ethical work and each item has great photos which a detailed product description. They have so much selection and something for everyone's different price points.

I had an amazing experience getting my engagement ring from Brilliant Earth. I was involved in the purchase process, but the ultimate decision was still a surprise. I had two appointments with my SO and our jewelry specialist, Kate. We spent a lot of time trying on different settings and she was extremely patient and also helpful in pointing out small differences between the settings and areas that had helped past couples narrow it down. I loved the classic setting we chose and then we had another appointment to view diamonds. Kate did a great job bringing in diamonds in the right range that we had indicated interest in, and even brought in some outside suggestions she thought we would like - which we ended up choosing! My SO took it from there and I'm so thrilled with the final product - it's a beautiful design and I love knowing that I can feel good about where the diamond comes from

I just wanted to share what a lovely experience I have had shopping at Brilliant Earth. I have dealt with Brilliant Earth on several occasions over the years. The staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind and always carry themselves with a level of grace. These are qualities that are missing in this era of customer service. It actually doesn't exist with some retailers. I know that Brilliant Earth has a high expectation of standards when it come to their employees. The employees are long standing which gives the shopper a sense of family. The team, demonstrates this family shopping experience and an excellence that again is missing in retail. I hope I have many more years of dealing with them! They actually made me feel, not so horrible, about spending $700 on myself on a Wednesday evening on some great unique items

I found this website through google after browsing other competitors. I ended up spending the most time on this website because of how easy it was to use and all their beautiful elegant pieces. When I was finally ready to make a purchase, I read some reviews and articles about the good work Brilliant Earth does which sealed the deal for me. My delivery arrived on time and was packaged beautifully. From the moment I found them on Google to the moment the delivery man rang my doorbell, I loved my experience.
