Easy to call... Impossible to get your issue fixed... wouldn't recommend

Normal reps are easy but getting anyone above an entry level position is difficult, also difficult to get a situation escalated beyond an assistant manager.

Easy to call, email contact seems automated responses that are innacurate, live chat doesnt seem to do what they say, expect to hear 24-48 hours EVEN if you just ask for a supervisor or somebody who can actually help you.
