I really like the detail that was put into the description of each item. I bought a few years back and the the diamond still looks amazing. Great value!

One of the things that I loved the most about working with Brilliant Earth for my wife's engagement and wedding rings was that I could customize a ring online without going to the store. It was so fast and convenient. I actually had my wife's sister help me out so that I could customize and design a ring that she would love. After designing a few different rings, I settled on a final design and I went to the showroom to confirm my purchase and have the ring made. It was so fast and easy!

Beware of the model you purchase. Mine has a 1.3mm ring, and it broke after removing a sleeve, which is, from my point of view, not normal.
We called the customer service and had multiple discussions with them, but overall, what came out is that thin ring are not meant to be worn everyday, and that I should remove it when I sleep, shower, train, and so on.

I'm really angry at the fact that they won't offer us anything else than a credit of the value of the ring at the moment of purchase. I mean, first of all, it should have been mentionned somewhere on the website the risks of having a thin ring, and how to take care of it. Nowhere is it mentioned. How was I supposed to know that an engagement ring (which you're supposed to where everyday) has to be taken of pratically always?

Also, there is no way I am purchasing this ring again, as it will break a second time. They suggest us to go with a larger band, which has a higher price of course. I feel like it is not our responsibility to pay more than we were ready to, because of a lack of communication and false advertising.

Anyways, they have beautiful product, just get educated somewhere else before you make a purchase.

I recently made another purchase with Brilliant Earth, this time using their website since I couldn't visit my local store due to Covid. I enjoyed my previous experience in store, despite the fact that you have to make an appointment to get really good service since they really offer a hands on experience. This time, I used their website in order buy my wife a necklace for her birthday. They have a huge selection with different price points and styles depending on your needs. It arrived within the advertised delays and was nicely wrapped and packaged. I'm very happy with both the in store service as well as the website service and will definitely use Brilliant Earth in the future.

My fiancee and I went to Brilliant Earth's San Francisco showroom to look at engagement rings and it was a wonderful experience. We met with Becca, who showed us a variety of unique ring designs and diamonds while educating us about the characteristics of diamonds and different ring designs. I went into the appointment thinking we would choose a round diamond, but Becca showed us an asscher cut diamond that we loved and we chose that, set in a really unique setting (the Jolie ring). Becca was very friendly and helped us find the ring that was just right for us without pressuring us to purchase. It was important to me that the ring was ethically sourced, so it was great to know that Brilliant Earth only uses ethically sourced diamonds and recycled metals in their jewelry. I was amazed at how beautiful the ring was when it arrived! Highly recommend and we will be returning shortly to get our wedding bands!

I had a truly spectacular experience at the Brilliant Earth showroom. I made an appointment online, so when I went in I didn't have to wait in line. I went right to the counter, and started talking with a jeweler. My girlfriend has very particular tastes, and we had discussed what she'd want in an engagement ring in the past. I had taken notes, and I brought them in with me. I didn't really know much about the different types of gem cuts, quality of gold and other things like that, but the jeweler knew exactly what I was talking about right away, and helped me find the perfect ring!

There are very few sites on the internet where I would actually recommend that people buy diamonds from because I believe you need to see a diamond before you buy it in order to see the level of sparkle. I have used brilliantearth because they are non conflict diamonds and the company is very legit and repuatable news sources like the examiner have even recommended them. Their profit margins seem to be less than what you would pay retail so it is pretty much a no brainer to buy diamonds from them. I might depend on what state you live in but saving on tax is a big bonus.

My husband and I bought our wedding bands from Brilliant Earth and brought them back to be cleaned and have mine repaired before Covid. I forgot to write this review earlier, however I wanted to thank Brilliant Earth for the exceptional products and service. The repair was completely my fault, and they were so nice and welcoming when I returned to have them repair it for me. We took advantage of the fact that we were having it repaired to have both of our rings also cleaned nicely and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. The service we received when we initially bought them and when we returned to have mine fixed was amazing. Since some jewellery purchases are quite expensive, you want to be sure you can trust the company you're choosing to go with, and you can definitely do that with Brilliant Earth! Thanks guys!

Shopping for an engagement is usually a very scary thing for a guy to do, especially when he doesn't know anything about rings or diamonds. I found Brilliant Earth's website through Google and read about the good work they do in the world. I knew my girlfriend would also appreciate this about them too. There are so many online jewellery stores to chose from, so I found this set them apart from others. Their website was also very easy to use. I could browse their different collections and styles and this actually helped me to narrow down my search. You can select your price points, styles and diamond cuts and even put together your own diamond ring. This is what I ended up doing and I think that is a nice touch too. It makes it a more personalized experience, even though you're shopping online, you really feel like your part of the ring selection. It arrived today and is even nicer than I remember. I plan on proposing this weekend and I'm sure with such a beautiful ring, it will be tough for her to say no!

I went with Brilliant Earth as it suited my budget. The jewelry is amazing, the website is simple and easy to use.

Brilliant Earth would not process my refund until I took down my 1-star review. This company has mean-spirited business practices. Buyer beware.

I paid a 50% deposit to hold a diamond that I wanted to see in-person. After I drove an hour to my appointment, they said they sold it already! I was really disappointed and confused... my hold was still active and I paid (a lot) for the deposit.

The next day, they called to say it was a mistake -- the diamond was actually in still in shipping. Whew... but it would take another week to arrive. This messed up my proposal timing -- I booked a venue and plane tickets for family, because a few weeks earlier, Brilliant Earth said that timing wouldn't be a problem. I tripled checked with different people at the company. Either they lied to me to try to lock me in, or they're incompetent. Either way, I was fool for trusting them.

It gets worse. They wouldn't even honor the refund of my deposit because I posted a negative review on Yelp! They required that I take down the review first, even though it was honest. Sketchy. Who knows how many bad reviews they've removed like this.

It took a week to get in touch with a manager, but after taking down my original review, he finally offered a $150 discount or to honor my refund. I just wanted my money back, and to never deal with this awful company again. I already had to rebook my proposal venue and plane tickets for family (lost over $1,000).

Now that the refund processed, I am posting this recap of what happened. This is a shady company. Look on reddit on you'll find horror stories about them.

I had a few questions related the shipping procedure. I like how quickly they responded to my questions and resolved my issues. Strongly recommend!
