My partner and I are both very environmentally and ethically-conscious when it comes to how we shop. I wanted to propose to her, but I knew that not just any engagement ring would do. I googled engagement rings and that's how I came across Brilliant Earth. I was very impressed at how they handle the sourcing of their jewelry. Not only do they use conflict-free diamonds and other gems, but they also provide information on where they source their gold and other precious metals, and they work with only the most highly-reputable suppliers.

My fiance purchased my beautiful ring from Brilliant Earth in a total surprise engagement. Therefor I had to send it back in to be resized. It took them almost 3 weeks to re-size the ring. When I got it back 2 of the 4 prongs were loose (like pulling out my hair and getting caught on clothes loose). They will not guarantee this is covered under warranty, even though this was their jewelers error, and to top it off they say it will take 4 weeks to fix. Finally, if I were to take it somewhere local that could fix my ring in a reasonable amount of time, it will void the warranty. So again, the ring is beautiful, but pray that there is nothing wrong with it, because then it becomes not their problem!

I bought my now wife, her engagement ring from Brilliant Earth. While we were on our honeymoon, one of the prongs which held the diamond in place came loose. I believe this may have partially been due to the way my wife was treating the ring, but still I found this to be premature. When we returned and went into the store location to inquire about the repair, I thought I was going to have to fight and argue about getting some help with this, however the associate was extremely welcoming and agreed that this issue was premature. She took good care of us and reassured us that the repair service would be immaculate. She wasn't wrong! The repair was done within a timely fashion and they even took the opportunity to have the ring cleaned for her too. Excellent service!

I brought my mother her upcoming mother's day present on Brilliant Earth and it just arrived today! Because of what's going on with Covid right now, I didn't want to go out and shop myself so I turned to online shopping. I came across Brilliant Earth's website and their stunning pieces. What I loved is that they had different items that I could browse by style or even by price point. I was originally going to buy her a bracelet but decided on these beautiful diamond earrings and they arrived by mail today. I opened them and almost wanted to keep them for myself! Had trouble ordering kept being told theyre holding funds for 24 - 48 hours. Then order finally in and they dont send part of the order and the necklace they do send comes tarnished. I try emailing, wait 3 days for a response to get an email that says send back my tarnished ring (didnt order a ring) and they will charge me for repair. No mention of other earring. I call only to be told 24 - 48 hours again and that i need to send back necklace. Nothing further done to help.

Although I had a modest budget, she was very sweet and friendly and ultimately helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The ring was available within their suggested delays and I'm extremely happy with the product and the service. I love the outcome of the ring so much I'm just so excited to propose and see her reaction. I will definitely come back to visit for my next purchases as well.
