Took forever! They shouldn't advertise and sell products if they cannot fulfill the orders. Also, these masks are so CHEAP I could have made a better one myself! It took forever and when I started a dispute with my credit card they finally shipped it out, after waiting 2 months!
Don't deal with this company. I ordered there overpriced mask months ago and they just came in. I tried canceling over 2 months ago and get my refund. You get automated replies saying your order is being shipped. Deal with this company at your own risk, you cannot cancel and you wont get your money back. This is not an American company.
Do not order from Brave New Look unless you want to wait months for your order that's not even made in USA like they say on the website! I've order 5 masks from them to help USA made products but they arrived 8 weeks later after I threatened them with a refund request. Each mask came in individual packets marked with a tiny " PRC" at the bottom. Please note the masks were made in People's Republic of China and not US made like they said and shipping was snail slow. Failed!
BUYER BEWARE! The ordered masks took 51 days to get to me. When they arrived 2 of the masks were in a MADE IN CHINA bag, despite the information on their website saying " manufactured in the USA". The other two had Brave New Look imprinted on their pouch. The extra filters had instructions in Asian characters. Where I come from. This practice is called"bait and switch."
I wish I had read reviews before placing my order. Big money for poor quality masks that I waited many, many weeks to receive. There are many better quality, less expensive options out there. I do not recommend purchasing these.

VERY DISAPPOINTED - I wish I had checked the reviews before I ordered masks from this company. After over a month, one of 5 masks that arrived was what I ordered "Face Cover with PM2.5 Filter". The others have a vent and a filter can't be used and is nothing like the simple face covering I expected. When you contact the company with a complaint the automatic response pertains to a delay in the order. They aren't even filtering the messages that they are receiving so how could they know there are problems with their products.
This company will take your money and never give you what you ordered. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM
To whom it may concern! After waiting for 2 months and having read reviews on-line, and disputing my order, you sent the masks anyway once there was a dispute in place. The order is incomplete! If someone read the order, I had requested and paid for additional 4 filters which were not included in the package when received.
1 filter per mask + 4. It's such a shame that a company who has a great idea can't deliver, I find it very unprofessional taking advantage of people and not even really caring about all the people who died from Covid or who susceptible. Maybe you (the company) don't have family members or friends who have died. Think about how you would like to be treated, not sure how you live with yourselves.

Very cheaply made. Looks mass produced. Isn't made like the product they you show on their website!
Ordered a mask and noted I would receive it within "1 to 2 weeks" as it would be custom made and "shipped from the US". After 2 weeks and no mask emailed asking for it's shipping number. Response "will ship in 3-4 weeks from date of order. Responded with I wanted a full refund. Got an email "How can we help", Replied I want a full refund "NOW". Got an email a couple of days later "We can expedite your shipping". Repeated my "I want a refund NOW" email. After another couple of days got an email from "Ian" "The "Team" understands you want a refund, when you receive your order you can return it for a refund. After a couple of more emails in this vein I gave up. When the mask did show up on the 5th week, I tried it on and it was way too small. Emailed "Tried it on, it is way to small so unusable, send an RMA an a prepaid shipping label". Ian replied "sorry that's a personal item and can't be returned.
The mask was made in China, shipped from China to a warehouse in New Jersey (apparently thought to satisfy the intintially deceptive advertisement "shipped from the US" in order to make a buyer think it wasn't coming from China but was being made in the US. This outfit and all it's personnel are probably located in China.
This is clearly a crooked outfit by design.
I ordered masks totaling over $100.00 on 25 May. The website states that the masks would ship within one to two weeks. They actually shipped on 20 June -- close to four weeks after the order. To make the situation worse, they obviously shipped the masks by pony express because it is taking five days for delivery. Had I known then about the delay in shipping, and the unexcusable five days in shipping, I certainly would not have ordered the masks.
Well I placed my order going on two months still haven't received my order they did reply three weeks ago and said they were going to refund my shipping fee and expedite my order I fell for it and Two weeks later they still haven't sent anything I told them I wanted a refund and I got another email and they said they were going to send them within the next two days and now it's over a week again absolutely terrible company to work with during a pandemic and they're taking advantage of people like that I am going to do my best from the Better Business Bureau to the Attorney General all the way up to the president if I have to and let everybody know how disrespectful and crappy this company really is so today I am probably sure I will not receive a refund for my product because they are thieves warning warning warning do not order nothing from Them!

I ordered mask and this company took forever with the shipping so I cancelled. I ordered mask another company and received them and still did not receive from Brave New Look. When I contacted them, they stated you are in the queue to have your order ship out. We will ship it priority at no extra charge. Please don't cancel. So... I feel for that nonsense. Then I get an automated message stating that my message has been received and my order is scheduled to ship in 3-4 weeks! I emailed back to cancel. Then I received another email from support please don't cancel, they will offer me a 30% discount on my order not to cancel. The representative stated, please advise, let me know if I can do this for you, meaning offer the 30% or I will cancel the order if you would like. I responded back. Please cancel the order. I was tired of their false promises. Well, No response! I sent another message. When can I expect my refund? Still, no response! They only respond to your emails when you contact them regarding an order. When I contacted them about cancelling my order the 1st 2 times they responded. After that, no response. I tried contacting over and over again regarding my cancellation and my refund. I finally received a message stating, "Good news, your item has shipped". I replied back, "I cancelled this order several times, why are you sending this to me?" You will need to send me a RMA. I have contacted your company several times to no avail" I will be mailing back your unopened package" Still no response! All I can advise is "Buyer beware". You will not get anywhere with this company once you place your order!
I ordered my masks well over two months ago, and still have NOT received them. I have emailed and gotten a response indicating the time delays due to virus issue. Delays are understandable due to demand. However, I've received masks from at least three other companies since ordering from Brave New Lookso, this excuse is no longer valid. Basically, my money has been stolen by what I now believe to be a fraudulent company that I will be reporting.
I ordered the mask in late April and they arrived 6/20. I understand delays from high demand. I have another mask I've been using. When I got the mask it wasn't as good of quality as expected but not terrible. I took it out and put it on.
Within two minutes I felt something caught in my throat and started coughing uncontrollably. Inside the mask were tons of millimeter long micro fibers Throughout the fabric that I inhaled (pictured is one that I pulled off my cheek later). I spent ten minutes coughing them out of my lungs.
This product should not have been sold like this. It is dangerous. Do not purchase this product.
Paid US$71.29 for four masks and and 15 extra filters. The masks are made of very thin material - polyester exterior and a very thin cotton interior (see pictures). These are definitely not made in the USA. The instructions on the packaging are gibberish written by a non-English speaker (see picture). Had to go to their site to get instructions on washing the mask.
Pros: Comfortable mask, filter pocket, adjustable metal nose bridge, adjustable sliders on ear loops
Cons: Very thin material, filter is small and must be positioned to cover mouth and nose, way overpriced. Nike, Adidas or Levis masks for a much cheaper price.
Don't buy additional filters - use a folded coffee filter instead.
I bought butterfly leggings for my daughter. She said they are so comfortable, have a beautiful print and she loves them. I also just gave a positive review for the facemasks I just received.
If there was a 0 rating I would give it to this company.
They take your money and make promises they do not keep. Be aware.
Do NOT buy from them! You will be VERY disappointed. I will not hesitate to report this company to the BBB.
