I order 2 packs of face masks (4 per pack) six weeks ago and was told that items would ship in 1 - 2 weeks. After 2.5 weeks, I enquired about my order and was told it would ship in one week. A week later, I enquired and was told it would ship 'soon'. I tried to cancel my order twice. They then sent an email saying that the items were en route. When they arrived, I got 5 inserts but NO MASKS. When I indicated they needed to refund me, they said the order had already been shipped and they could not cancel it. A COMPLETE SCAM!
I ordered 4 masks on May 3,2020 and as of today June 20,2020 I have not received them. I've reached out to the company several times to no avail. They take your money and do not fulfill the order you paid for.
I order two masks on May 20th and as of June 19th have received only automated emails claiming the company is overwhelmed and will... eventually? Deliver. Their advertisements were everywhere on line in May I see nothing now. Save your money do not buy from this company. My requests to cancel my order is only met by automated emails and requests to rate their service. I will now report them to the Massachusetts Attorney General's Better Business bureau.
Original online orders placed on May 1,2020. Follow-up email from Brave New Look on May 15,2020 acknowledged my order of two NAVY Protective Face Mask with PM 2.5 Filter and two BLACK Protective Face Mask with PM 2.5 Filter totaling $52.59 (including shipping cost of $4.99) and would shipped in 1-2 weeks.
On May 30,2020, by email, you advised "Some items in your order are on the way to you" (two NAVY Protective Face Mask with PM 2.5 Filter) and a click-link for DHL tracking was provided which gave DHL/USPS Tracking #xxx7126. The two NAVY Protective Face Mask with PM 2.5 Filters were received on June 4,2020.
On June 1,2020, by email, you advised "The last items in your order are on the way to you" (two BLACK Protective Face Mask with PM 2.5 Filter) and a click-link for DHL tracking was provided which gave DHL/USPS Tracking #xxx*******. This tracking number was identical for the two NAVY face masks. The two BLACK Protective Face Mask with PM 2.5 Filters have NOT been received.
"Too many hands in the pot will spoil the stew." Discontinue the middle entity, DHL, and ship directly via USPS and save the client/customer shipping charges. Thank you!
They should be investigated. They don't reply to emails, MSG and their phone number is disconnected. You can't review them on their site to let other know they a frauds, you can't review them on Facebook. They take your money and then make you wait till it is to late to complaint to your credit card company or other. I have 3 days left before my window close to complain to paypal. Which I will do, hopefully i'll get my money back but maybe better they have a way of blocking that merchant. My order number was #*******. They sent me a email with a link to a shipping order but they shipper say Oops wrong number! I've tried to cancel more that a dozen times.

Took over a month after I ordered two received one... does not even fit... small, very cheaply made came in a little plastic covering stating made in china... I bought several from other stores $2-$6 dollars each so much better quality They stay in business by avoiding answering emails This company should be avoided at all costs... They are less than one star
I ordered 2 mask pink and black. I paid for 2 and received one. I called the number they have on website, *******4445, but is not a working number. I work appreciate a refund, 11.34, on the one I didn't receive.

I paid 51.79 for mask and filters May 10th after complaining they sent filters only (not useful.) I complained again their response was we sent you your merchandise No they didn't and neither my money as June17th no response
DO NOT TRUST BRAVE NEW LOOK! I ordered a mask around the beginning of May and is now mid June, upon multiple notifications claiming that the order has shipped, i have received no updates and the tracking number they provided me in inactive as if the order never existed. I only managed to get a response ONCE and all they did was issue me the same inactive tracking number
Like all the reviews I'm seeing, I too have had the worst experience ever with this company. Ordered May 2nd. Still have not received anything. Have emailed cancelation numerous times. Now they say they can't cancel because it's on the way. I will be returning to sender and I'm disputing the charges. This seems to be the only way to deal with this company. Stay far away from Brave New Look or Fan Rock LLC, which is the name they charged my card with.
Ordered four face masks. It took four weeks to receive two masks which were cheap made in China junk which you can now buy anywhere for $2.00. Have yet to receive other two and doubt that I will. Cost me 67.00! Don't be as stupid as I was. Stay away from this terrible company.
Don't waste your money, they will rip you off! I ordered a set of navy blue masks with filters priced at $80, and 2 other masks priced at $20 each. I only received the two masks priced at $20 each and they did not send the navy blue with filters priced at $80. In the invoice which was inside the bag I received, it showed that the complete order was sent, but in reality only 2 masks were sent. I have been trying to get them to send me the other masks due, and they told me they would send after Memorial Day. It's now been 3 weeks and I have yet to receive the remainder of my order. Now when I email them to ask when they will be able to fulfill the remainder of my order, I don't get a response from them other than "Your order was sent and This message has been sent from an automated chatbot". Don't waste your money. They are scammers! I have video of the unboxing and it shows what I received In the package, I also have the package and it shows the postage paid for the weight of items which correlate to the 2 masks sent.
Just wanted you to know I loved looking at your tshirts and mugs. Was going to order but seems you only cater to Democrats! Not too smart for a business to be so biased but that's totally your right! Anyway, your products are very cute! I'll shop elsewhere! Have a great day!
6+ weeks since ordering. They sent email saying order shipped with fake tracking ID. 12 days later email saying order would ship within another week. Meanwhile webpage still says 1-2 weeks delivery time.
I usually read reviews, and this time I didn't. I believed their slick and positive advertisements. I've not gotten the masks 6+ weeks after ordering! I questioned the delay 2.5 weeks ago and was told the masks would be shipped that week. A week and a half later I hadn't gotten a tracking number and inquired again - no reply. I asked to have my order canceled a week ago if they weren't shipped that day. Lo and behold I got a DHL e-commerce shipping number. However, now DHL says the product is delayed and USPS hasn't picked it up. They can't tell me if it's still in California or where? It takes over a week to ship from California to Oregon? Now I read these reviews and know that what I'm waiting for came from China after all? I paid way too much for this nonsense! Because I'll probably get the order (eventually), I won't be able to get my money back. I'm furious!
I messaged them about my order as it had been 3 weeks and no info on it. When I emailed them they said it'll be another 4 to 6 weeks before they ship it. I emailed them back and said just cancel it I don't want the item anymore or to do business with them. They emailed me back the next day saying we just shipped your order so we can't cancel your payment. And it's for sure going to be a terrible quality item just like every other person here stated. Dont buy anything from them they are a complete and utter scam, not worth a cent.
Ordered face mask. When ordered, promised 1-2 weeks delivery. Waited 2 weeks, requested status. Was promised the next week. After 4 weeks, requested refund for non delivery. Kept offering me free shipping which I refused. After 5 rounds of refusing free shipping, they promised a refund but stopped responding to me instead. Initiated Paypal dispute and within a week, they were able to ship the product.
Ordered May 5, received today June 16! That's how long a 7-10 day order takes to arrive. :-\ They claim they are "made to order" here in the US and that they ship from one of two warehouses in the US. BS on both accounts! They are made in CHINA (says so on the packaging) and my guess why it takes so long to receive is they are probably shipped to one of these warehouses from China after they get an order. These masks not only do NOT seal around the nose but they are NOT stretchable at all. From their site --- "These masks are made from a cotton & spandex blend for the right mix of comfort and stretch that fits comfortably around your nose and face." BS! I'm furious with this s**it!
