This is a scam website, you can't buy anything useful and it will charge you before asking. And never give a chance for refund.

As everyone else in this feed is stating, this company commits fraud. They advertise an IQ test for $8.90 and nowhere do they state a charge for $79.80. However, a week later they charge you $79.80 and reply saying they won't refund it. Like the previous reviews, I'm sure they will respond to this review asking for an order number and other information to make it seem as if this review is not legit.

I did the braintey iq test and paid for it, and low and behold, i was charged for an annual subscription
Without asking for it. No invoice no confirmation that they were going to charge me! There is no trial period! They will not refund me! I am being stonewalled and i dont like it.
On top of it, i have had no material to support the annual subscription so i have in effect given them a dontation!.
Please do not use them or give them your credit card details as they will use them to enrich themselves

This is such a fraud. I paid $8 to see results for one test. After a week they charged me with additional $80 without any agreement about that. Such a shame for the company to make profit on this way. Fraud on its best!

Paid for a $10 IQ test, and cancelled the subscription THAT DAY, knowing this could happen, and they did it anyway! Charged me $79 for absolutely nothing. These people are dishonest. I am really disappointed in company claiming to make their customers "smarter", treat them like they are stupid.

On top of that their "customer service" number is literally a voice message telling you to use the website. What a disgrace.

You pay $9.90 to see the IQ results but the report and the questions are flawed in many ways. This is not scientific or well made. There are some interesting games on the site. Beware of recurring payments or difficulty cancelling membership.

Charge went through and the DAY OF THE CHARGE I reached out to customer service and the REFUSE to refund me. Thieves!

Just as someone below has put it: fraudulent company! I also paid for an $8 IQ test, a week later they took $79 from me. Customer service kept telling me about a policy that they don't refund when though they cancelled my subscription. Why would I not be eligible for a refund on a year subscription if I didn't even use it. Thinking on filing a legal dispute.

- this is an absolute scam site. Do not use it. I happily paid them £8.75 for a so-called IQ test and as others have reported two days later I received a bill for £79 for an annual subscription to something I never ordered. Loads of links to their website - don't click on anything, don't login. Hopefully I have cancelled my credit card (whose details they have) before the money disappears. DON'T USE THEM AT ALL

Of course you can't find an order because I never placed one. All I got was an email after I had paid for the IQ test telling me that I had placed an order...

I will not put my email address in such a public place, but I am sure being so well organised that you can trace your own generated order number back to a genuine customer.

After seven days they will charge you $79. I was unable to cancel and they will not refund the money for a bunch of boring games.

Beware!

They promise you a result and then you spend your time answering the questions only then to find out that you can't even see your score without paying.

I've decided to get Brainety for my wife who is undergoing therapy. She was advised to do brain-enriching activities that would exercise the brain. So far it works well for her, I have already subscription for 1 year. Thanks!

This is soooo bad. Awful and deep lack of ethics. Unjustified and unauthorised payment for membership that i did not sign up for...charging for 6 months in one go so they don't have to refund a larger amount of money (£80 vs £14). Awfully small fine print, in light grey...trying to make it invisible if possible so that they shove down your throat the T&Cs afterwards. I want my money *******@Brainety. People try to save by not turning on the heat nowadays and you charge without consent for unnecessary and unsigned for services/products. F****ng shame on you, people! I hope you get bad dreams about all the scammed customers and kharma does its thing!

They steal money from people. I paid for a once off year and was charged a year subscription without consent.

Anything to keep my brain active, I would gladly involve myself. A friend recommended this Brainety and been engaging myself to this for a week now. So far, I am pleased with its interface and program. I am enjoying it and I too am recommending it to my other friends. Won't fail.

One of my doctor's recommendation is to subscribe to this activity that would help me in my regular mental exercise. True to what it is promoting, Brainety activities have been fun and very stimulating. I enjoy every moment of it daily.

I have took an online test and paid 9 pounds for it, a week later they took 79.80 pounds for a subscription that I never signed up for. They refused to pay back, I will escalate it until my money returns to my account and I am contacting the action fraud police department. The business is in Lithuania, East European scam! Watch out. I use Brainety to give my brain a little mental exercise each day.This definitely helps to revive and bring my 49-year-old brain back into focus. I'm delighted I came across this. I like it a lot.
