Crooks

Straight up crooks will keep sending you stuff you you did not to order, charge you for things they did not even send and make it nearly impossible to cancel your account then give you a line of credit you did ent ask for so they can keep sending you crap you dissent ask for. They prey on the elderly that don't know any better or have the means to cancel. Do not order from here.

This is company is horrible. I ordered 1 item as a gift, then they proceeded to continue to charge my credit card for more items and claim it was a set. Not indicated on the online description as a set. I made the payment for the item I bought and had them cancel my account which the " customer service" rep never did. They cashed my check and then they then sent a bill to a collection company. No one ever answers the phone to deal with their crappy company and robbing their clients.

A month ago I called Bradford Exchange using this phone number *******577 which is on my bank account. I called them to cancel all father charges to my account. They said everything was fine my order has been canceled. Come to find outMay seventh another deduction against my account came. Now on Monday I need to call them again. Besides I still have not received the last silver dollar I paid for. Very dissatisfied.

I saw an offer for guaranteed delivery by mothers day with option to pay installments so a couple days later (May 1) I ordered a bracelet from these people, and received confirmation email only to be I DON'T qualify for installments. Called in (May 5) to make full payment only to find out the order would take 2-3 weeks at the very fastest, which is nowhere near mother's day. Was given 7 days to decide whether or not I wanted to move forward... Even after I decided to bite the bullet and order any way (same phone call), the customer service lady informs me that my order has been canceled and I would have to provide all the personalized and custom information all over again. Retrieving this information so close to mothers day a SECOND time would have been a dead giveaway. Thanks a lot for ruining a once a year event for me. And this is my second attempt at buying from these people. Would have had a better experience from a 4 year old.

The ring isn't what was shown in the picture, very cheap looking in person. The price was also higher than advertised. Just DO NOT trust Bradford Exchange because you will be disappointed! This will be my last purchase from this company!

I purchased the "Life of Christ" subscription. According to the original offer, this would be 12 items with a free rack to put them on. After I had received about 9 items, I received 2 more racks. When I called about this, I was informed that there were another 8 items, all at the same prices, of course. I consider this to be fraudulent as nothing was ever said about these. I got those 8 items cancelled and told them I was keeping the racks as I considered them a "gift" from the company. In November, 2021, after many delays in the shipping of several items, I called again and spoke with a supervisor. I got them to send me 3 items that had been delayed. They told me the last item, "The Last Supper," would be shipped around the end of December. Each month, the promised shipment date has been set back another month. It is now supposed to be shipped around the end of May, 2022.

I consider Bradford Exchange to be dishonest and totally unreliable. Single items may be okay. Subscription sets should be avoided at all cost.

I ordered their Silver Dollar collection for my mothers birthday and even though the payment went through they canceled it. So my mother didnt get her gift and i am out $170.00. I will never order from here again and I will be recommending everyone else NOT to order from them so they dont have their money stolen as well. Wish i could give less than 1 star. They apparently want a screen shot of my bank statement. How stupid can they be if they think im giving 5that after they already stole from me.

Paid nearly $150. For a Hogwarts Express musical snow globe as a gift less than 2 years ago. The inside of the globe has yellowed so much it is difficult to see the castle inside. Globe is not leaking, so it is still sealed. Called Bradford and they refused to make it good. Would not recommend purchasing this item no matter how good the pictures are.

If I could give zero stars I would. After 5 phone calls, and being very blunt and to the point of almost yelling they sent me an email with a return label. I actually told the 2nd Supervisor I spoke with that I'm starting to believe that they are just flat out lying to me when they tell me they will send me an email. The Supervisor before her told me they would send it via the postal system and I told her no because I do not trust that they will and I'll end up waiting 10 days for it, for it only to not show up and that I absolutely do not understand why 4 people have told me that they would send an email and yet I have no email, email is a pretty simple and quick concept, but it took 5 people, 2 Supervisors to get it. The first Supervisor hung up on me because I was so mad at about it and telling her that their customer service was really $#*!ty and now I think the company is sketchy. Oh well I did receive the email, I guess you just got to keep calling them and yelling at them.

I ordered a set of Dona Gelsinger County Morning canister collection. I recieved the last one of the set and as you see in the picture the color is way off. I'm a pretty upset about this. I've waited a year to have the complete collect then to have a set that doesn't match. I contacted customer service and they have not returned my emails. I would urge you not to buy from this company.

During the last few years, I have made many purchases from the Bradford Exchange Catalogue. In December of 2021, I ordered two items that would be given as Christmas gifts. The orders consisted of multiple pieces. I received only one piece for each order. I contacted Bradford and told them I was not going to pay for the order until it was completely filled. That never happened and The Bradford Exchange kept dunning me for full payment. I called done of their reps., explained the situation and was given no satisfaction. Recently, The Bradford Exchange referred the unpaid bill for the UNFULFILLED ORDER, to a collection agency. I wrote Bradford Exchange and informed them of the stupid mistake they were making by making a dedicated customer angry, and will never purchase from them again!

We received an item, not ordered, with invoice so sent it back RTS. Then received an invoice reminder with payment demand.We have emailed Bradford, but no reply. Also have not ordered anything from them for several years, but they obviously kept our records.We also asked they delete our details from their data base, and do not recommend them to anyone!

TAKES OVER 6 MONTHS TO RECEIVE A PRODUCT!?

I ordered my son a clock on Feb 3/22. The payment failed (why I don't know) I wouldn't have bought something without having the money 1st. Anyways they never contacted me to follow up with an alternate payment method. So a month ltr I call to find out the status. When to find out I've been waiting for nothing. So I pay them a different way. I just called to find out the status, and they tell me "it won't ship until the end of Sept 22. That is absurd! I'd give it a NEGATIVE 5 stars if I could! IM NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN! EVER!

They advertise a 1976 bicentennial silver dollars Ike. I paid over$60 for a coin the is worth no more than a couple dollars. Coin was neither BU or silver. It was a circulated silver clad coin. Took advantage of a new coin collector. Please don't let this happen to you!

I tried getting some refund back on what they owe me I paid $40 for overnight for my daughter's birthday and they sent it to the billing address instead of her address and only refunded me half of the money back and when I called for help they they claimed I was racist because I didn't understand their speech and I got finally got the watch to my daughter and it was so huge wouldn't fit nobody and I don't recommend anybody trying to get their money back or any help on there I will never go back there again

I bought a ring back in 2020 for $200, for some reason the ring stone came off / Broke in 2021. I called to ask if I can return my ring to fix, I can pay for it and their response sorry no we are not accepting items to be fixed at this time. Wow it's easy to accept money but it's hard to say yes to fix. This company is 0 rating. I will never buy from this company ever. Don't waste your money with their tempting advertisements.

I used a quick reorder form to place a check order. The product came and was not the same as what I have been ordering for years. The quick reorder form should have duplicated my last order exactly. When I called all they did was tell me they have never made what I was holding in my hand from my last order. What they sent is useless to me. The representative refused to do anything. I will be discontinuing business with them on all of our 10 accounts.
