I bought my son a bracelet for Christmas. He loves it and so did I. It lasted 2 days. The clasp was magnetic and cheap. It fell off after 2 days and could not be found.
I placed an order on June 9th and was told that I would have my order by June 25th to July 2nd. Still don't have the item that I ordered and called customer service and was rudely advised that the item still hasn't shipped.
I HAVE BEEN ORDERING FROM THEM A FEW TIMES AND EVERY TIME IS A DISASTER. THE PRODUCT IS NOT THE SAME AS IT LOOKS ON THEIR WEBSITE, REALLY BAD CHEAPLY MADE PRODUCT FOR VERY HIGH PRICE, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND DISORGANIZED.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY FROM THEM EVER!
My mom ordered an item, they sent the wrong item. We retuned the item and then canceled the order, they continued to send items AND billing her credit card. Everything we received we returned AND cancelled her credit card to stop them from billing her (they continued to bill her for items that she did not purchase). This company is a vampire sucking the money from unsuspecting consumers. DO NOT BUY anything from Bradford Exchange!

My husband and I bought an engraved three piece wedding set. My engagement ring has already lost some of the diamonds out of it. I called and they where playing the blame game. Buyers beware.

I ordered the Thomas Kincaid Christmas lamps, set of 3, individually shipped. The first one came and it was not worth the $75 ++, cheaper looking. I returned it immediately, but little did I know two things:
(1) They already shipped #2 (even though the return form has a box "do you want to continue with the series", I marked no). When I called, they said "oh, you should have called us to inform us--I said, How about you communicate this better! Scam to get you to purchase/keep it rather than deal with the return.
(2) the LONG return process, thus long time to get a credit. They will not credit you for your return purchase until 30 days after you ship it back, even though Fed Ex Smart Post tracker says they received it. I'm still waiting for my second credit--30 days from 11/12 when I shipped it, even though Fed Ex shows they received it. And get this, it won't happen automatically, I have to call on 12/12 and request it!
This is literally the WORST online shopping experience I've ever encountered and I will NEVER order from them again. Beware!.
First of all, their website photo related to the product, one of the fairy garden items, I purchased was misleading. It shows the fairy and building (key items of the set) with not just the one more item with the actual set, but several others in a "pretty scene," the implication being all of those items come with the set. Not true and some quite misleading advertising. When I got the product and contacted them, their customer service was so bad that I had to contact the Better Business Bureau to get their real attention. They refused to complete the "set" as it appeared on their website (as in providing additional expected items). I cancelled any future orders and returned that item. Then a few weeks later they sent me another item and charged my credit card! I had to go to the trouble of returning that item, an extra and unnecessary trip to a post office. They did refund all of my money (and paid for the shipping on the return items); however, if I were not as pushy as some, involving the BBB, I am not sure they would have done such a thing in a timely manner. Terrible company and very dismissive and disrespectful of their customers.
I ordered one item advertised for $39.99. What arrived was not what was ordered and did not come with free shipping, instead I was billed $74.00. However, the worst part of dealing with this company is the DECEPTIVE billing practices. They enroll you in a subscription program that you do not consent to. After my initial purchase, I have been billed $37.00 a month, x 3. My initial purchase advertised for $39, has now cost nearly $200. When emailed to cancel, I was told they would continue to charge me. AVOID THIS SCAM AT ALL COSTS. Since I did not consent to recurring billing, I have no idea how long they will continue to charge me, but I've read other reviews that state people have been billed for up to 2 years.

Do not purchase anything from them. I ordered an item that turned out to be very subpar. I sent it back with a letter teling them i wanted a refund and did not want to patricipate in any thing else from them. Not only did they not refund me my purchase price, they charged me 2 more months til I caught it. We are talking april and may this year, 2017. I still am trying to get a full refund. STAY AWAY FROM BRADFORD EXCHANGE and any of their subsiduries. They are crooks
The pattern on the cheap dog collar only covers about 4 inches. Very crappy material. This is not going to last. Probably won't even bother putting it on the dog.
This is absolutely the cheapest looking piece of work I've ever purchased. Products have gone way down in quality and are very overpriced. What a true, sad, rip off.
Husband ordered me a ring and the pic made it look beautiful. Recieved and it was quite huge and the diamond is very loose. You can hear it move around when I move my hand :(
The crap they sell to mostly poor, uneducated people is horrible. I help a disabled lady pay her bills, because everything just confuses her. She keeps getting conned into this trash. 3 to 4 times the price. A cheap polyester hoodie that you could find at a discount store for $19.99 is $109 after all payments are made. I myself buy only Ralph Lauren products but this trashy company had the audacity to send me one of their low quality products, just because my name is on the online checks for the disabled persons account. Now I drive a mercedes benz sl550 and live in an exclusive neighborhood. I would not be caught dead in this trash. I will not send back nor will I keep it. I never ordered this **** and will never pay for it. It is not my place to take the time to request a return label and then go to drop it off somewhere. To be blunt, I make over $200 an hour so to take an hour out of my day to fix someone's dishonest business practices just don't add up. Stay clear of this company, trash anything they send you. To get back at them for sending relentless marking junk mail. Black out all your information with a sharpie and send the self addressed return post card to them. That way they will have to pay postage over and over until maybe they go out of business
Bate and switch. Promotional price is good but they automatically sign you up for a subscription where the price is increased 5-fold for same product.
No stars. No customer service. Lie about everything. No shipments before Christmas. No response to emails. Terrible company and will never buy from them again.
This website has made me extremely mad. Paid $140.00 for an engraved necklace that YOU CANT EVEN REAS THE NAMES ON! In the picture it was clear as day but in person the names arent even bigger than the lead end of a pencil. I AM PISSED!

I've ordered several items from this company and none of it looks anything like the advertised pictures. I ordered a Pittsburgh Steelers beaded necklace for 119.00. Once I received the item I couldn't believe what I was seeing. The beads appeared a high quality translucent gold color. The beads were also large, heavy and bulky. Looked like something that came from a craft store. The helmet appeared to be a beautiful silver trimmed in gold with a clear Steelers logo but the one I got appeared to be a cheap gold paint trim and the logo was so small I couldn't tell what it was. Once I put the necklace on it instantly fell apart and all the charms crashed to the floor. I figured I'd just send it back. I also decided to order my husband an engraved ring in which was promised by Christmas. Received an email today stating it will not be shipped until Jan 30th. I will not place another order and I suggest anyone reading this avoid this company. Not all have issues but a majority does. The gamble is not worth it
Answer: When a company this size, keeps your money and lies countless times, hours spent waiting and talking to employees and supervisors and report you for not paying when they have your money isn't a company I would recommend to anyone.

I would dispute the payment, but make sure you take pictures and be very descriptive of why the item was not as advertised. The Bradford Exchange is certainly NOT what they once were; their products used to be a much better quality than they are now.
