Bought tickets to a show for me and my son which we both wanted to see for a very long time. Only to be told my tickets were fraudulent upon arrival. The person behind me had the same thing told to them, tickets fraudulent. This company is a rip off, do not spent your hard earned money on this website, EVER. Had to buy two more tickets at the box office (which were much cheaper by the way) Had to cancel my bank card and will be telling everyone I know never to use this website.
Spent $1800 on 3 tickets to see the Foo Fighters in Pelham Alabama and the tickets were electronically rejected at the gate. Called Box Office Ticket sales and got no help! Asked for a refund and I am still waiting!
Needless to say we didn't see the Foo Fighters! I had my grandson with me and it was suppose to be his first concert, he was heart broken!
I spent $1200+ to buy 4 tickets to take my niece to Frozen in Minneapolis. No tickets were ever sent. I can't believe I fell for this scam. Embarrassed actually. Buyers make sure you are buying directly from the theatre. They also charged far more than the most expensive seats. Again, I'm embarrassed I fell for it.
Crooks! Scammers! My husband who has early stage dementia tried to buy tickets directly from theater and somehow got transferred to these guys. Charged double the ticket price plus service fees, delivery fees. Over two hundred over face value. When I discovered what had happened I immediately tried to reach out to these crooks and could not reach them.
Arrived at venue box office to scan tickets for the show and found that there were no tickets. They had sent two sets of tickets for different show. We had to purchase tickets on the spot to see the show. Contacted BOTS and they refused a refund, stating that they had retracted the tickets and sent us an e-mail stating so. We never received this notice. They said that our complaint was irrelevant and hung up on me. As noted in many complaints, we thought that we were buying ticket from the venue's ticket office. Fees were NOT disclosed up front. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
My family bought tickets to a Journey Concert that was scheduled to happen this year, but for obvious reasons, was cancelled. My mom mistakenly called them rather than Ticketmaster and told her she had row 10 tickets for five people, which you can imagine, is a lot of money. We've been calling them for the past 3 months straight demanding a refund and all they tell us is to check our email.
Please, if you're reading this, stay as far away from these scammers as you can. I'm hoping someday we'll get our refund, but in a way the pandemic saved us from going to the concert and not getting in because the tickets were fake. I would have never wanted my grandma, who just became cancer free and that concert was her treat, to have experienced such a horrible thing. These people are inhumane, do not support them.
My husband and I bought tickets for a concert from this reseller and not Ticketmaster directly. We arrived at the venue and before we got to our seats my husband had a medical emergency and was transported by ambulance to the closest emergency room where he was treated. We never saw the concert. The venues administration checked with Ticketmaster, and since we bought from a reseller there was nothing they could do to refund. We contacted the reseller with no luck of refund. I know it was our choice to purchase from a reseller, but hoped they would be more understanding and compassionate of a emergency situation, with documentation. They were not! All sales final and no refund. It's all about the almighty dollar We won't do that again and just wanted to warn others of this.
Until after you buy -- that's when you get that notice. Prices were crazy, but it was a music review and in line with my experience with opera tickets. But I should have known better with outrageous service fees. But hey, I really wanted to see the show. When I realized it wasn't the box office (with a notice AFTER the purchase) I went to the theater website. Prices from this vendor were more than ten times the box office price. That's the bad part. Even though it said all sales are final, I called and asked for a refund. It was granted, no questions asked and it was $1,200 plus). I have an email confirming the refund can show credit card company to get the charge reversed if need be. This is the good part,and thus two stars rather than one.
They charged me $1,385 for two tickets that later I found out costs $525 from the venue box office. This should not be legal for companies in the US to do this crap. If I find out where their offices are they're going to get a visit! They're nothing but $#*!ing thieves!
We bought tickets for State Street Ballet on 8 October 2023 for a performance on 16 December 2023. The e-mail response told us that we had tickets and they would be available on 15 December. On 15 December we received a phone call and the agent told us that there was an issue (not explained) and our tickets were not available. How do you explain this to three granddaughters and three great granddaughters? The agent said tickets were available for the following night but we had conflicts.
How, on 8 October, can they tell us we have tickets and then on 15 December, the day before the event, tell us we don't? Explain this failure on your part to our girls that have new dresses just for the event!

Horrible customer service. I asked clear questions about what the service fees were and Seth, the representative on the phone, was highly irritated and hung up on me. When I called back, he realized it was me again and hung up again. When my mom called, she was also hung up on. The call says each one is recorded and I hope that this company reviews the log from the 3 calls between 11:45 am (ET) to 12:06 pm (ET) on 1/26/2024 because this is unacceptable. I would highly discourage the use of this business based on my experience.
To my regret I purchased tickets from this website without checking other ticket sales websites. Service fees are ridiculous, a delivery fee for email delivery is basically unfathomable. Could not apply an offered discount because there was nowhere in checkout to do so. Don't get actual seat assignment until tickets are emailed. My bad... I got in a hurry but I will never do business with these people again. Actual tickets I received came from Ticketmaster btw. Lesson learned, always check with multiple ticket sales companies you know and trust before clicking "pay now". I did get courteous assistance when I called but they could do nothing once I had paid.
They are very good at misleading you on what they offer for tickets. I ordered vip passes for TOOL Las Vegas 1/17/19. They sold me 3 seats for $2900 with access to a vip lounge. I'm at a concert I don't want to hang out in some lounge, thanks though. I told them I wanted the exact details of what these vip passes included. They called me back after the credit card was no longer pending and told me basically to piss off. Their customer service is horrible. Filled with rude people repeating themselves over and over. This company is equivalent to the phone scammers that take advantage of the elderly. For $960 a seat you should be front row not 40 rows back. Do yourself a favor and never waste your time or money with these scumbags.
These people gladly took my 330$ for tickets for a concert that was cancelled in March of 2020, it is now almost august of 2021! They keep saying he's going to reschedule, well I look online on his tour dates and he isn't rescheduling this year and through early 2022, lol. Listen, what kind of business does this? A customer pays for a service they get it or they get there money back. Do not I repeat DO NOT! Use box office ticket sales.
Our group was sold tickets they did not have at double the price then we were reimbursed. Now the week of the show we got charged again and sent fraud tickets. You can't get the barcode to resell on other sites either. Also can't get customer service response. Absolutely terrible company and should not be in business. Would give a zero star rating if that was possible.
I purchased tickets to a show two days ago. I called to cancel as my mother is very sick and I must leave the state indefinately. Customer service was terrible. They said there is no refunds on sales. I don't know of any other company that does not give you a grace period for a refund, or under special circumstances can accommodate their customer. I found out also that the price of their ticket was $100.00 more than the tickets at the theater or online for better seats! I will never use this company again, nor should you. They are a total rip off and not nice.
DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THEM. 1 star is too many. We had the same experience as others. Redirected to this reseller from the Paramount theater box office with no warning it was a ticket reseller. They had all out information wrong so we never received confirmation. They were rude and hung up. They said there was no purchase because of their incorrect information. We bought tickets for way less directly from the venue online. 2 days later they called and said they found the correct info and could send a confirmation. Nothing showed up on our credit card statement either so we bought other tickets. Now we are disputing the charge because they refused to cancel the charge.
I purchased 4 tickets in January 2023 for the Oct 7th Madonna concert at tmobile stadium. She got sick and rescheduled tour. I have another vacation already booked for the rescheduled date of March 1st. Box Office ticket sales will not refund money nor will they transfer my tickets to me until 24 hours before concert. That is not enough time to sell them on a different site. Their resale partner Tickets to Cash is only offering 50% of what I paid for my tickets. My recommendation is not to use

I wanted to purchase some last minute tickets for the Utah Symphony on 4/8/23. They charged me over twice the face value of the tickets and then added an additional 25% per ticket for "administrative costs." Simply absurd! I would urge the use of other ticket providers.
Answer: I haven't received a refund for tickets I bought for my 5 year old to see Jojo siwa in 2019 and told me I don't use the money within a year towards something else I loose it. I didn't get that until 2021 March and they still were limiting and canceling things cause of COVID. Worst place ever
