My elderly mother who just finished chemo was told that there were only 4 tickets left in a certain section at a price of $127.50 and the other tickets available were premium at $170 and if she wanted tickets she needed to buy them now. Mind you this is to a concert in February in Anderson, Indiana. She felt scared that she would miss out on the tickets because of what the agent said so agreed to purchase. When she sent me the invoice because we are splitting the ticket price and it was over $600 which is almost double what ticket prices were through Ticketmaster. Currently half the venue is still available and the tickets she bought go for $79 and don't come with a 19.5% service fee which equaled $99. She called for a refund didn't get anywhere. I called for a refund and the lady spoke over me the entire time then hung-up on me. My called a second time after I was hung-up on. During that call she was threatened with a recording of her agreeing to the terms and then hung-up on. Don't work with these people and if you get defrauded like my poor mother who is on a fixed income did, don't be afraid to stop payment, what they did was straight up fraud. Next review is with the better business bureau.
The ticket was priced 60 above actual Ticketmaster price PLUS additional service fee that was huge

I ordered tickets for Hamilton nearly three months ago. Their email said the tickets would be delivered electronically the day before the show. Well, it wasn't. The show is today and I have NO tickets. Their toll free numbers only provide a recording. Since this is Sunday, their "Live Chat" is closed. They have our $$ and we have no tickets.
Do not use this site! They suck! If you are lucky enough to receive your tickets, it's too late to get to the event. They do not give refunds - that's a joke!
Box Office Sales with is associated with Ticketmaster ( in emails they refer to themselves as Ticketmaster) I bought two ticket for The Stadium Tour total $3000. 00. When the tour was postponed I asked for a refund, which they denied. My options were go to the rescheduled concert ( which was rescheduled 2 years later) or sell my tickets. I sold my tics at a loss of $2000. 00. I still to date have not received my money. I filled out the "Payment by Cheque Request Form" and it would not accept my address. When I called them, the woman answering the phone asked me if I had purchased the tickets through them ( I got the phone number off the email with my original tickets), I told her yes. She then replied no you didn't and hung up on me. When I tried to call back they have now blocked my number. It is unbelievable, out $3000. 00 and the money they resold my tickets for as well. They take your money and leave you so helpless in getting any type of refund. I am shocked they are still able to be active in business. They are a disgrace!

Received tickets to the wrong show. Returned them, and were advised that the tickets we purchased months earlier for the right show were unavailable. We were offered alternate seats, accepted those, but those also were unavailable. Ended up with worse seats, one having an obstructed view. Never again. Stay away from this vendor.
I highly recommend to never do business with this company. I ordered tickets for a college football game. They claimed my tickets were transferred. I never received the email with the transfer. They said they couldn't be resent and I'm just out the tickets plus no refund.
We went to the Chris Stapleton concert last night to be told that out tickets would not valid, so we had to walk all the way to the box office to figured out what was going on so we could get in just to be told that whoever we got the tickets off of used the new tickets and we're in the concert right then. So I guess screw us then, and we were not the only ones that this happened to multiple people were dealing with the same issue and had to leave because there was nothing that they could do for us. So we were out they money we spent along with having to get an Uber which was not cheap to get back to our vehicle because we road in with our friends who's tickets worked. I will never tell people to get tickets from this place and will make sure to run the name through the dirt any chance I get. Called customer service last night to be told that they do not have one and the calls get transferred to another company which can not do anything to help so we will have to wait for an email from box office to get anything helpful done for us, if they even care enough to do the right thing. All I got to say is DO BETTER or your company will go no where. If I could give them no stars I for-sure would. Very upset with everything about this place.
They will take your money and not deliver your tickets and when you try to call them they will tell you they aren't affiliated with Ticketmaster hang up on you and block your number… it is a scam 100% they should be investigated by the attorney general! Never ever buy from them ever!
Scam! Gives a great email thinking you got tickets but …. Got to venue and oh by the way the tickets you selected are no longer available… I better not be charged… or I will post DAILY all day …….

Purchased tickets but they were not processed in time and I didn't receive the tickets but you bet they took my money. After an email saying 3-5 business days my money would be refunded it's been nearly a month, I'm contacting customer service everyday and they're sending me the same vague email everyday with no promise of my money being returned. DO NOT USE
They tried to charge me 650-750 dollars for 100 dollar tickets. They were also selling the tickets for a night that the show I wanted to go to wasn't playing. Luckily I noticed it in time and didn't fall for it. No NOT buy tickets from these people!
Don't bother with Box Office Ticket Sales at +1 *******171. I called to buy tickets and had one question first. The person was so rude and told me to call back when I was ready to purchase and hung up on me. I will NEVER use this ticket service. I would give them a zero if I could.
Crooks! Scammers! My husband who has early stage dementia tried to buy tickets directly from theater and somehow got transferred to these guys. Charged double the ticket price plus service fees, delivery fees. Over two hundred over face value. When I discovered what had happened I immediately tried to reach out to these crooks and could not reach them.
We purchased tickets for a ball game. Had to call because we hadn't received email with information to retrieve tickets. The CS rep was very rude from the beginning of the call. Was telling us we had gotten the email and opened it. Turned out we hadn't and they had to resend. First and LAST time we will use them to purchase tickets!
I just engaged them to buy MLB tickets. The purchase was complete and the confirmation arrived in my in box. Sometime later that day, I received another email saying that the tickets aren't available after all! This is despite all their guarantees, blah, blah, blah. Read other reviews as well. I will never use BoxOffice again! I went to StubHub and got tickets at a better price with no hassle.
I bought two tickets to Hamilton playing at the Vancouver Playhouse June 4@ 2:00pm. I paid $657.45 US for these seats. I tested positive for COVID on June 3. I immediately emailed Box Office Tickets Sales with the information I could not attend. The Public Health Agency of Canada advises you to quarantine and isolate from others. I tried to get a refund or exchange my tickets and I never heard anything back from them. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WILL NEVER BUY ANY TICKETS FROM THIS ORGANIZATION EVER AGAIN!

Answer: I haven't received a refund for tickets I bought for my 5 year old to see Jojo siwa in 2019 and told me I don't use the money within a year towards something else I loose it. I didn't get that until 2021 March and they still were limiting and canceling things cause of COVID. Worst place ever
