I ordered over $300 on snacks for my after school club. A lot of the Products are close to expiring. It is very sad because I spent my entire club money here and I have to toss a lot of the food now.
I have medical issues that make it hard to get out and shop, especially for heavy items. I order those items plus more and get my delivery promptly. I love the convenience.
Ive shopped with the company many times before. This time it was particularly slow shipping. And one box was promised by the end of the day and did not show up until the following day.
... I didn't get the samples I have marked I wanted to get. Maybe they were out but usually they'd send me something else but there was none this time. Maybe they got busy with the holidays.

I love Boxed. Large quantity and heavy items delivered right to my door. Less stuff to buy at the store and carry home. And the prices are great. I also enjoy discovering new items!
My packages are packed well. My products are great quality for a good price. My package was left in snow and that was disappointing as my box became wet and weak and hard to take inside.
Save your time and money and go to Amazon everything came smashed and didn't receive on time called customer services and refused to help me will never shop here again

I ordered Halibut on a discount offer for first order. It came well packaged and timely. Had the first piece today and it is a good, light halibut. I am most pleased
I was not satisfied with my order and my money was refunded faster than I expected. I have no fear of doing business with Banggood in the future.

So great to not have to endure the crowds at a warehouse club, Boxed has most of what I would've bought at a club. I also love not having to pay a membership fee.
No pink tax! They now have a paid service to get money back which was initially a free program. Thats what made me turn a 5 star program into a 4 Star program.
My purchases have actually been through a different website. The deals I've selected have been great. The items have arrived in a timely manner and undamaged.
I love Boxed.com! I have a membership at Costco and it's the best company out there. They have the best prices, free and quick delivery. I would recommend trying out this company.
Signed up as a new customer, did not state limitations on specific products (which I can understand) and canceled all of my orders (I can even understand this) but CANCEL my membership for no reason at ALL AND TELL ME I CANNOT ORDER IN THE FUTURE?!?! They would NOT even process ONE order!

I've purchased from boxed.com several times over the past three years. They claim to be a very family-friendly business that started out small and their "story" inspired me to become a patron. At first, this online business offered only a handful of products in each of their department categories and they would occasionally offer items at a remarkable price. They provided lots of free samples, offered product give-a-ways, had free craft kits for kids, and almost always offered promotional discounts.
Things began to take a turn for the worse when the company transitioned to using conveyers to fulfill orders rather than humans. Their product line increased, but so did their prices. Also at that time, their customer service began to fall short. My items were delivered damaged too often, and when I called to report the damaged deliveries, I never felt truly satisfied at the end of those calls. It felt like I was given the bare minimum in attempt to appease me enough to get off the phone.
The last straw for me was when boxed.com added a "delivery surcharge" of $5 to all orders. This occurred during the CoVid19 pandemic - a time when customers needed them most; and this was IN ADDITION TO the existing $10 shipping fee!
They have a great line of house-brand products (Prince & Spring) including amazing paper plates and the best toilet paper! I used to LOVE boxed.com. Change is not ALWAYS good.

And after telling me that they were going to give me a $7.00 discount on my next order for screwing up This order! Others have FAR WORSE experiences, at least mine was TAME compared to others! RUN!

Answer: I can't answer but I can comment, and I'm glad my codes did work, but this site is NOT Legitimate! STAY AWAY! They Stole my info and took off! After screwing up my First Order they decided to issue me a measly $7.00 credit on my next order. Well, right after reading the E-Mail where they said they would "make up" for their screw up I suddenly was Fully BLOCKED from the site, and the excuse was for "being a Robot" of all things. So yeah, RUN for your own safety. Their based out of China and other unsavory nations and are NOT SAFE!
