So, even though their prices are high I've been ordering from them for about 2 years. I think I've only placed 10 orders or so and besides the crappy packaging, I really haven't had any issues…until today. I placed an order for a few items totaling around $95.00. It contained paper plates, hand soap and some lunchbox snacks. FedEx sent the delivery notification plus the photo of the package in front of the door. Great photo…not my door, however. I went to 7 adjacent condo buildings yesterday looking for the package with no luck. I contacted Boxed today and sent a detailed message along with a photo of the package in front of someone else's door and the photo of my door. The same agent sent an email back saying for me to wait 2 business days for the package to arrive because sometimes the delivery company will mark the item as delivered before it's actually delivered. (I'm sorry, what…?) But there's a photo and I'm not sure how that works, so I emailed again and provided the same photos and the same complaint. The agent emails me again and asks me to confirm my shipping address and contact number and they'll launch an investigation with FedEx. They said if FedEx had any further questions, FedEx would contact me directly to deal with this issue. I had told her in a previous email that I had wasted far too much time on this and I would wait the 2 days then reverse my payment to them. I sent another email to her (highly irritated at this point) asking her if she actually read any of my emails?! I told her, again. That I was going to just reverse my payment and I couldn't care less about their "investigation" into the missing paper plates I mean, this is the most ridiculous company I've ever dealt with and I'm done. I deleted my payment info, shipping info but couldn't deactivate my account so I changed my name to: Delete MyAccount. Lol! Don't order from these people. It's really overpriced and I'm wondering if it's a legit company at this point. Horrible way to treat your customers.
I love using Boxed. I love having all the things I dont want to schlep from the grocery store delivered to my door. They have great snacks for my kids lunch boxes, and great deals on everything.
Made five purchases for my grandson they have a wide variety and excellent pricing. I will be stopping and shopping for my grandbaby and family member often.
I love the products bit the shipping takes to long or to process the order. I am thinking about checking with Amazon for the prices because they ship alot faster.

I placed my order on 12/9, they charged my card on 12/9 and when I go to see if it has shipped it sates it's still processing my order. Today is 12/11
It's better than what i have seen. This is my sr year so I need more stuff than usual and I have to pack my lunches too so this is so much easier than buyin from some stores
They canceled my order without emailing me. I was trying to use the Amex offer and they flagged my order as "suspicious" - I think they just don't want to commit to the offer they advertised.
Their ads say no membership required but you have to create a login to access…talk about false advertising!
Why would anyone sign up for a shopping website that requires revealing your identity BEFORE showing you their products or prices? Isn't this dangerous?
I have ordered weekly from Amazon. I also order from Vitacost, Jet, Petfood direct, and others at least once a month. I placed my first order with boxed a few days ago. My order came in an very oversized box. Most of the items were heavy - laundry detergent, seltzer - I also ordered a box of kosher salt. It was busted open. Ther wasn't any salt left in the box. It was all over everything else and ended up all over the livingroom carpet.
First of all the only packing material was on top of the box. The items in the box did not have any any sort of packing material inbetween them. The packing slip did not have an e-mail address or a phone number. If you go to contact us on the website it brings up a box that says first link your accounts. Once again no easy way to contact them and no phone number. I found a phone number on the internet. I called it last night and it said to leave a message. It did not even tell you when someone would be in the office. I tried again this morning and once again no results.
This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with - because there is no customer service. I would never order from them no matter what kind of discounts they offered.
They take care of any issues that up come quickly. Great company to buy from and deal with.

When you order on a fri you dont get your stuff until wed or thurs the following week if at all possible to speed up shipping

And after telling me that they were going to give me a $7.00 discount on my next order for screwing up This order! Others have FAR WORSE experiences, at least mine was TAME compared to others! RUN!

Answer: I can't answer but I can comment, and I'm glad my codes did work, but this site is NOT Legitimate! STAY AWAY! They Stole my info and took off! After screwing up my First Order they decided to issue me a measly $7.00 credit on my next order. Well, right after reading the E-Mail where they said they would "make up" for their screw up I suddenly was Fully BLOCKED from the site, and the excuse was for "being a Robot" of all things. So yeah, RUN for your own safety. Their based out of China and other unsavory nations and are NOT SAFE!
