We've received a couple of orders where there were numerous dented canned goods. One order, a peanut butter container cracked and peanut butter leaked onto various items.
I am 73 years young and lugging things into the house has gotten a bit harder for me in the last two years. I love the on porch delivery of large items I don't have to bring in from the car.
Products I use are delivered quickly and if I ever have a problem it is resolved to my satisfaction. Keep up the good work. I enjoy seeing new products and offers

Please explain why Pampers Swaddlers is ridiculously more expensive than Amazon or Wal-Mart. A lot of items cost way more than other stores whether in-store or online. I don't understand

I ordered two Nexxus shampoo bottles one came with a broken pump due to a sloppy packaging. I emailed customer service and issued a refund for me in less than a half and hour.
Buy and it is delivered to your home you can get free shipping. Odd things for sale and great things. They respond immediately when and if you have a problem.
We always get our packages fast and well packaged. Prices are similar to Costco and since we live far away from any wharehouse priced stored Boxed is the perfecr alternative.
I looked up Starbucks Pike Place Nespresso capsules online. They came up among others. I ordered them. It was replaced with Kurig K cups which are useless to me. Boxed will not let me send them back. When I checked the site again it said the Nespresso was out out of stock. Now it does not come up at all. The web site should have at least stated no returns.
When I called up the web address listed on the Boxed invoice to ask for help, there was no phone number. I pressed the chat button. It directed me to a site where I had to pay $1.00 to find out how to contact them. That site gave me a different address from the Boxed invoice. It worked. Now I have to figure out how to cancel the answer service so that I will not automatically be charged.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I AM OUT $47.00. I checked before I ordered from this company. It is probably ok if you don't have a problem.
This is my first complaint of this type. During covid all of my purchases have been on line. There have been a few mistakes, very few, but they could be modified or explained. I am known for my trustworthiness. I taught school for the past 46 years. S. Bailey, Utah
I have been ordering from Boxed for two years. I have been happy with every order. I only had an issue one time and found the customer service very easy to work with.
I like using Boxed. It is easy and I can get products in bulk that other sites do not offer. I've had an order in which an item I ordered was damaged but other than that I've been happy.
THANK YOU REVIEWERS! I am very glad I read this before using the service. My biggest concern is NOT pricing but quality & freshness (old best/use/sell by dates) and it seems to me this fails more than not, no amount of discount is worth it.
As to the reply on "stupid diapers" I am sure you don't have children & probably shouldn't, they are one of new parents BIGGEST expenses since they are used for nearly 2yrs. You sound stupid!

I love how fast it comes and boxed so good nothing has ever been destroyed, I love the note you you get in the box. Also you get two free items to try which is helpful.
Boxed is so convenient! They offer a wude range of products, being respectful to everyone's needs, Organic, Vegan and Fur Friends needs. I love that they offer Organic products! Our nearest Costco is an hour away, BJ's an hour and 15 minutes the other way. So when you see a bit more on there Price tag I keep in mind the driving, gas, the time, and all the people I get to avoid. Boxed also has theses great freebies maing it fun to try new things, often new brands you would never of thought to try. Two more Boxed bonuses, they love our kids! There boxes make great inventions for the little ones and boxed is always encouraging the creative live with free gift bags of creative, invention projects.

One Con I have had with them was they have super sturdy, rugged boxes, so they think they can put everything it! I don't believe in mixing chemicals and food and when you get heavy, fragile and chemicals what do you get? A huge nasty mess!

After speaking to the right person at boxed, they replaced everything for no charge!
