Not good value for money or good quality fabric. Nothing like the picture.
I ordered a Brazilian lace front and it came in looking like a dollar store wig. It had no lace on it and looked nothing like the pictures.
I was a bit unsure to order because some reviews said the products did not arrive. But they did. A bit late but still they arrived.
The website was excellent for user experience. The items shipped quickly. Then got held up in customs. When I contacted customer service via messenger, they were quick and friendly. Items left customs while talking to them. The day before estimated delivery date, it was "delayed" 40 miles from my house. And got here 3 days after estimated delivery date.
Think the website needs to be a bit more honest about where the goods are being despatched from. China v what looks like a UK website is a little different. People will wait for something if they really like it.
