Bought an item for my as a Christmas gift. She was absolutely thrilled with it - as was I! Delivery is a bit glacial, but the quality of the product is exceptional for the price.

I placed my order several weeks ago, I have received an email from Boutiquefeel asking if I have received my order, which is disturbing as you would think the company you are ordering from should know if you've had your order or not especially as I have already paid! I'm still waiting to hear when my order will arrive please advise when I will receive my order,

It took a long time to get the merchandise but appears to be good quality and the packaging is first class.

Only one product looked cheaper than its photo, otherwise all the other kinky stuff I bought the wife she is happy with.

Shop experience was good. Shipping did take a while.

The three items I purchased were of good quality for their price point, though how they wear over time is to be determined. My gripe would be that having ordered in plenty of time for a Christmas delivery they arrived well after, with the website suggesting they were processing for a considerable time.

Items came up very small, and as there was no picture very difficult to work out how you put it on

Multiple products on 1 order. 1 item turned out to be unavailable, causing a delay to shipping. 4 weeks.
These things happen. All in all happy with the transaction.
Customer service was OK too, though I did have to follow them up to find out what was happening with my order.

The shipping and receiving the package took a month but I am very happy with my purchase. Price is unbeatable and the quality is great.
