Switched to Boost and switched back after THREE trips back to the store because the service doesn't work half the time. No refund allowed, even SAME DAY. I will be filing complaints with the FCC & BBB.
Boost Mobile is going to the dogs. Half the time when trying to make calls, my phone says "No Cellular Service". I cannot even get through to 911 and I have medical conditions. Something needs to be done.

I'm an old worker of boost mobile in darlington. This was the worst job I've ever had. It's not enough to show up and try but if you don't sell certain amounts of phones within a month you are fired. I developed good customer relations but not enough for them. They train you o. Production which is distracting and you're expected to perform within seconds of learning it. Not to mention they train you to manipulate price quotes so they can have almost $100 worth in accessories without telling customer. Would not recommend especially in darlington bc there is no customers to even sell to

Was a customer for years. Cell phone service drops out frequently and gets kicked off the network- needs to be restarted. Cancelled my prepaid service 4 days after paying for the month. Customer service told me I couldn't have a refund. I'm no lawyer but that sounds like theft to me. They no you won't start a lawsuit over $39 dollars so they just keep it. Sleezey business practices and trash employees. Don't use this company.

I stopped using boost mobile after they were bought out. They went from great to terrible! I told them to remove themselves from my phone totally and it looks like they did but they definitely mess with my phone all the time. Apparently, "legal lying" is the thing now with unlimited data. When I asked for a refund I was hung up on twice...when asking for a transfer pin and acct number I had a lady irritatingly asking me a million questions like we were besties and going through scripts that had nothing to do with the info I had asked for!
If you are due each month on the 18th, "Boost" will shut you off on the 17th. They will send you reminder txt's that your payment is due on the 18th, but will turn your service off a day before. When you call 611 customer care, They state that they cannot fix the system. When you ask for a manager or supervisor, they say they cannot find one. When you have receipts and txt's that prove you are due on the 18th they still won't acknowledge it fix the problem on their end. The worst infrastructure and service on the planet. Boost is fired.
Why is it so hard to make a payment with Boost Mobile? Their Boost App is garbage and doesn't work, the codes that they text to you show up a half hour later, and by then they're no longer valid. Seriously, this company is a joke. I only chose it for the price and now, Mint Mobile is cheaper so I'm dumping Boost. Good riddance to bad trash.
