I spent weeks on the internet looking at different websites regarding my choices for Medicare. Not to say that it was overly confusing I ended up going with Boomer Benefits and it was the correct choice. Joye was exceptionally helpful with the plan B portion and Chloe made me comfortable with the plan D as she made me feel as if I could have been a family member that she was talking to. She was kind, knowledgeable and patient discussing the plan to make sure that it would fit my needs. I appreciate all the help that has been provided thus far and feel that I will be able to contact Boomer with any concerns or questions and receive adequate/confident care thanks to the staff involved.

I'm writing to compliment Jessica on the extraordinary customer service she displayed recently. We had to make a change to our drug plan because we moved to another state. I was originally contacted by another representative to handle the change, but the day I called in it was her day off. Jessica offered to leave a message for her or help me with the change. I asked her to help. She did all the legwork instead of putting the tasks back on me. She got everything set up and when she reached a roadblock where the new provider needed to speak to me first, Jessica contacted me and conferenced in the Insurance provider so we could keep things efficiently moving forward. When I got off the phone I told my wife I love how Boomer Benefits spoon-feeds us through every step we need to get processes handled. I've been in customer service all my life and rarely do I see the kind of competence and comprehensive assistance Jessica offered us through every step of changing providers.

Shelley was the first Medicare Rep to call and I circled back around after receiving calls from several other providers. She was patient persistent and that made a real difference - basically the other guys did not ever get past her clarity and tenacity. Past that she made it clear that BOOMER BENEFITS was not gong to drop me after she made the sale. This is all new territory for me and it mattered to me that if I ever need anything (and I hope like hell I never do) that I don't have to be stuck calling the carrier or Medicare alone for answers. As other reviewers have posted, I also received a bill for lab/blood work. I have never been billed for these services in the past so I sent my friends at BB a quick email, asking for help.
Amanda responded quickly and let me know someone would be in contact with me shortly. Alexis called me the next day, and I explained the situation. Long story short, she contacted my doctor and the lab involved, and had them resubmit the bill to Medicare. She called me back a few days later and indicated that Medicare would cover the total bill. VERY impressive!
My girlfriend and myself will be BB clients for life, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing Medicare and prescription assistance!

I am going to start Medicare on June 1 of this year and I had no idea if I needed a supplement, Medicare Advantage, or nothing. After talking with Laurie Potter of Boomer Benefits, I was able to understand exactly what I needed and when I could enroll. I also needed a prescription plan and Valaree Gray was kind enough to get me set up with that, as well. If Laurie hadn't explained things to me, I would not have the best coverage for my needs. I am truly grateful for Laurie and Valaree and I am now feeling very confident that I will have the coverage I need once my Medicare coverage beings. Thanks for all you have done for me!

We limit our Part D help exclusively to people who have purchased a Medigap plan through us due to simple supply and demand. Otherwise, we can't keep up with the number of people needing Part D help each fall during the Annual Election Period when 60 million people are all trying to make their changes within a very limited window of time. However, anyone can join our free private Facebook group - called Medicare Q&A with Boomer Benefits - and there you can submit questions whether you are a client of ours or not. We answer general Medicare questions in this group all year round for anyone who needs help.

So if you would like our help with enrolling both Plan G and Part D, we would be happy to assist. We do not offer Part D services to beneficiaries who bought their Medigap plan elsewhere, and that is a simple supply and demand issue - we literally cannot keep up with the demand for Part D help unless we limit that service exclusively to our Medigap policyholders.
